Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience at 3401 16 st. 46222 In around 11:00 pm I placed an order through drive thru and when I went to pick up the clerk gave me the wrong order (the drink was not the one I ordered, but I could only realize it at home when I opened the order), the incomplete change (the bill was $22.11 and he gave me $17 in change) and did not give me the receipt claiming that the printer was damaged. When I complained, he told me that he had anticipated that they had no change when placing the order, which is not correct. When I made the claim, I received poor treatment with offensive words, discriminatory due to my Hispanic origin, and in an inappropriate tone. I did not move from the place until they solved the problem and I continued to receive bad treatment, they even snatched the money from my hand to force me to leave, they called the police claiming that I was in conflict when I was only demanding my right. The police thought he was armed...I never received an apology from the clerks or my full change or the bill and it is not the first time I have received inadequate treatment. I will not return to this fast food chain

I just left the drive thru the young lady taking orders with the red braids asked me to pull Infront of double door because they was waiting on fresh frie ls so I did.I got my food and my fries was cold old and super soggy. I didn’t a receipt or any napkins the number on the internet isn’t connected so it was either be late going back to work and get fresh fries or make it back on time and not be in trouble for being late from lunchand I only ate one fry and look likes I was given a small fry

Worst Burger King experience i have ever been to. Stopped here to get food to take to my daughter at Riley. They forgot items, served cold fries, a burger that tasted like it was made two days ago, had no ketchup for chicken nuggets/fries and gave me an awful excuse of a milkshake. It was watery and tasted like sugar water. I brought it to their attention and even said i was taking it to my daughter who is sick at Riley and didn't want to give her a milkshake like that. Their response was, "it's just coming out like that." I seriously wonder what is going on behind the scenes of this place. It's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously sick from food served at this location. I really hope someone looks into this Burger King. Besides the food, i paid with my debit card and they took it and had it inside for an unusual amount of time. When i got it back there wasn't a receipt. It just all seemed very strange.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was told there would be a 15 minute wait because the first two cars had a 150$ order. Ok no problem we waited. Got our food after a while after pulling up to the window ok again no problem. Got my food and part of my order was wrong, again not a problem went inside and got my order fixed. Then got all the way home to find my food looking old and molded! Big problem now! I tried calling the number listed on google and it didn’t go through. So therefore here’s this review! Food was just horrible! If you are a manager and you see this you need to do better! If you were there on duty tonight then you need to be ashamed for serving molded food and the regional manager needs to do better!

I am beside myself with how TERRIBLE this place was. I went by myself since my little Timmy has been scarred by the hellish world of fast food chains. I only ordered a Whopper, fries and a large Coke. I instantly regret my decision because as soon as the essence of the Whopper hit my stomach I began to vomit uncontrollobly. It took me two hours to clean my car of bile and patty chunks. The rest of the meal was okay, but I have never had fries with zero salt on them.
