I recently placed an order online at Burger King, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that the shake machines had been shut down for the night at 10pm. Initially, I was disappointed since I had ordered two shakes, but the employee who handed me my order went above and beyond to ensure that I didn’t leave dissatisfied. She immediately offered to write down my name so I could come back at another time to receive the shakes I had paid for. I paused for a moment and asked if, instead, I could get a different item to replace the shakes. Without hesitation, she kindly requested approval from her manager and promptly returned with a solution.
What stood out to me the most was her genuine commitment to making sure I left happy. She didn’t just brush off my request or make me feel like an inconvenience. She actively sought to resolve the issue, and she did so with a great attitude and a smile. Once everything was sorted, she double-checked with me to ensure I was fully satisfied with the replacement items, which were of equal value to the shakes I had originally ordered.
I truly appreciate her professionalism and the care she took to make sure I wasn't upset or disappointed by the situation. Her customer service was top-notch, and she turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. It’s employees like her that remind me why I enjoy visiting this location at 2953 Lafayette Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Thank you to her and the team for going the extra mile and for delivering such excellent service!
I've been here about 10 times over the years. It's just gotten worse and worse. They constantly screw up my small, simple orders - give me the wrong item, leave stuff out. The burgers have been flat out cold the last few occasions. They can't even figure out a heat lamp?? Avoid this dump like the plague.

Recently swung by this Burger King and decided to try the mozzarella sticks and Impossible Burger. Was pleasantly surprised by both. The mozzarella sticks had a nice crispy texture outside and gooey cheese inside, while the Impossible Burger was surprisingly flavorful and juicy, mimicking real beef quite well. One minor downside was the cleanliness of the tables; they could've been cleaner. Overall, it was a satisfying experience
