These is the worse fast food restaurant if you can call it that. I have gone there several times for convenience but they hit and miss they have given me raw chicken, stolen my money by charging me for something that they didn’t give me, and when I call them they won’t refund my money. Their options are you come back and pick up the food or nothing else and when I ask for the manager name they won’t give it out

Just ordered a classic melt and the bread wasn’t even toasted it was super sloppy and soggy I will not be ordering anything from them again.. I spent my last money for this sandwich what a disappointment!!

It's hit or miss here really, sometimes the food can be really good but I feel the grease needs changed more. The burger king down the road on keystone and Raymond is reallyyyy good and never disappoints, maybe they could see what they are doing different.

I order a double sausage croissant, get charged for a double sausage croissant and get a single instead! Can we not count, or are we just scamming at this point? First time I've been here in half a year since my fries smelled like the sewer and burger tasted just as bad! There's a Wendy's next door that won't scam and food doesn't come from a trashcan, you should go there instead. This place never fails to disappoint!

Flat out disgusted. Decided to try delivery since it's mother's day. What a waste. We've lived a mile from this location for 5 years and take the time to drive out of the way to other locations. The patties were actually cold therefore no melty cheese. Not to mention we only received half of our order. The other half was labeled as "eat in" but still placed in a bag and given to the driver. The buns were dry and cold. Pretty much the entire order was inedible. Waiting for customer service to respond thru email to address. This location is such a hot mess. You never know when it will be open and they've always served either leftovers from day before or food that's sat out way too long. I thought the delivery would've come from the store I chose. NEVER AGAIN!!! $50 down the drain!!

They didn't have my order and corporate won't refund the order. They were short staffed and my order was $30 worth and I think they just didn't want to do it so they deleted it.
