The employees here for the most part are very friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place does have handicap parking however the door doesn't have a wheelchair accessible system.

Nasty employees and unprofessional manager do not recommend you eating there. Employees playing around running in and out of restaurant while making orders very unsanitary!! Manager refused my refund and wouldn't tell me the number for corporate.

Welcome to Another horrible restaurant. I'm beginning to think that fast food companies just don't care anymore. For example this restaurant when I walked in, had their floor mats on one of their tables, food on the floor, the staff was like most places, they just didn't care. The restroom was very dirty and I mean in the toilet (hint hint). Two men were sitting in the back of the restaurant and when I went to sit down I figured out why, they had a pitbull OFF LEASH. Under the table. Now I have no issues with service animals, but this was no service animal. When the men got up the dog wandered the restaurant till they left. It's definitely not a place I'll go to again.

I've never been one to put a business on blast on social media, or anywhere else for that matter. But, today something happened that I just can't let stand. My eldest son is on the spectrum. I take him to work and pick him up from the east side of Indy everyday. Today, traffic was awful... Worse than usual. So, we ended up taking city streets home and apparently everyone else had the same idea.
Long story short, we were running really late and I needed to pick up some food for my wife, who hadn't eaten. We like a little BK, so we decided to stop off at the BK on West Washington St. Because of the delay, my son was about to bust, so I dropped him off to use the restroom while I went through the drive thru, something we've done before. Btw, this was sometime between 4:40ish and 5:00 PM.
As he entered the store, a manager yelled at him that he had to buy something to use the restroom. My son told him that I was going through the drive thru and hurried into the restroom before there was a mess. The manager followed him into the restroom to yell at him again that he needed to buy something to use the restroom and that he had called the police. My son again told him that I was in the drive through. He left and joined me as I was waiting to get our food. After hearing what had happened, I circled around to talk to the manager.
I understand the need for security. I'm one of the pastors for an urban church with a preschool on the premises so I totally understand the need to watch who is on the premises. I also understand that my son is a bit scruffy looking. But, you don't treat people the way my son was treated. And, when I expressed my displeasure at his treatment, the manager, well, he wasn't receptive to my input.
There are ways to handle that situation and that wasn't it. Threatening someone who just needs to pee, especially when they've already told you that their parents were at the drive thru, with the police is unacceptable. And, with my son being on the spectrum, if the police had shown up, it could've ended horribly. All because of an unreasonable manager who refused to listen to someone that was suspicious to him. They will not be getting my business anymore...

Everything was okay here, and the inexpensive soft serve ice cream cones seem well worth the price on a hot day. I do think some fast food competitors offer more varied "great price dealsâ„¢."

The server was awesome! She was polite and helpful. I gave a four star rating because it was a ten minute wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I just felt like breakfast at 10 am would be a time when coffee would be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. I will return however.
