My favorite coffee shop downtown. This place is just a few blocks from my office, and I love stopping by here for a before work coffee or an afternoon pick-me-up. My favorite is the iced coffee; it's smooth and cold, which are my two biggest criteria for iced coffee. They are known for their cereal lattes, which I expect to try in the wintertime.

Was visiting a friend from out of town and we randomly decided to try out this place. Couldn't have been happier with the service and coffee (got an iced honey latte). Owner was super nice and made it a very welcoming experience.
Ok the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal infused iced latte is very good... At the 96th location staff is really pushing the CBD. Barista was very soft spoken, would have liked him to "sell" me on the coffee. I only knew about the cereal infused because of yelp. 15% off check-in

Stopped in earlier today, didn't even know this place was there but the staff was incredibly friendly and my oat milk iced latte was fantastic! Their coffee is locally sourced and fresh, prices are super reasonable, and they have a lot of interesting options — my fiancee got their honey latte and left super impressed. I already can't wait to go back.
