Awesome place my wife and I enjoy going here a lot. If you ever decide to go get the wet burrito and there is a crab meat can queso dip to die for

I love the food at this place. I've never had a bad experience when dining in or with takeout. I will say the staff is quiet but attentive. I will continue to eat here.

Food - Based on veggie food, I would rate it medium, rice was good and very different from other Mexican restaurants; Salsa dip is better than most other restaurants.Ambience- not what I had expected, old furniture, floor, etc. Needs upgrade.Service - top notch (young person who served our table was really good, refilled water many times, checked with us how things were at least three times, asked if we wanted some more chips, etc.)Price- slightly higher than other restaurants.Overall - good.

Great food, friendly staff and very clean tables and bathrooms. All around great experience.

The staff is great everytime, I love coming here for the shrimp tacos and the arroz con plate. I get all the meats chicken, steak and shrimp. It's always clean and food is excellent.

Love this place! Food is always fresh and tasty. Sometimes they are a little short staffed but always a great place for mexican food.

Fast service. $10 pitcher of Dos Equis. What's not to like? Considering this for my birthday!

Hmmm… We understand staffing shortages. But posting a “ please be patient” sign does not excuse the fact that 3 employees walked by us, did not greet us, then never came back to seat us. Dunkin Donuts (350’ away) wasn’t the fare we wanted but they were fast, courteous, professional, and served yummy sandwiches!

Food, drinks, service was all pretty good. Slightly pricier than competitors.

Cancun is a dying business... They only have two locations left. The one in Carmel will always do well.. I recently visited the Carmel location and it was perfect! The location on 86th and Ditch on the other hand seems to be falling behind. We only saw one person working. She was greeting,waiting tables,working the kitchen, bussing tables and collecting on tickets all at the same time. She was also babysitting.. Nice lady no doubt about it.All this is okay I suppose but I feel like the sanitary procedure was being ignored.. I was up all night with a bad stomach..

I ordered the beef enchiladas with fried rice and beans and nothing was good! I used to go to the one on Indianapolis Blvd and it was always delicious! But this place I’ll never go to again!! Very, very disgusted???

Went inside with a friend I’m a black woman and had a black male with me I felt like they were discriminating or being prejudice because we asked to be seated after seeing others sitting down eating they told us they were only taking to go orders that was so messed up to me smh they just didn’t want to serve us if I can do a zero review I would.

There was only one waiter working and he did an excellent job taking care of multiple tables alone. I don't know how much longer restaurants will be able to sustain themselves without help.
