I’ve been coming to this location for years.. it has never been a miss , always a hit, Saturday unfortunately that was not the case. Service was great, no issues there, as for the food… I’m not sure what it is , or was but the catfish was absolutely inedible! I asked for fried hard, (as I always do) and it was fried so hard the meat disappeared! Not okay! This place is WAY too expensive for the food to not be edible. I spent $36 dollars for one catfish meal, a single catfish filet (almost $8 for one piece btw!) and a large side of greens. As for the greens they were great, no problems there either. But I’m absolutely disappointed and upset that I spent as much as I did and ended up having to literally pick , at my food 🤦🏽‍♀️
(I could be wrong but I believe this place was bought out and has new owners, the food is just not the same as it was a year ago 😔)
