I ordered delivery. Calamari and fried clams. Both were cold. The clams were strips not whole. They tasted like the frozen kind from grocery stores. More breading than clams.

Ordered Kitchen sink. Fish, Clams, shrimp and crab cake were incredibly delicious. I had an issue with the 4 percent discount for cash not being honored. I got a business card from them and emailed as soon as I got home.
They replied quickly and escalated to someone higher up and was asked to call. Spoke to Molly Caplinger for 16 minutes and she was so nice, professional and understanding. Sent me a gift card for my troubles and appreciated me bringing the issue to their attention. I will be back! This is how you do business right!!

The food here is SOO GOOD!!One of the few places in the state where you can find quality frog legs and alligator bites. They taste like chicken. The fries, cornbread, and hush puppies are their best sides.Not sure why the bad reviews? But my experience was good. Came in, ordered, and carried out our food.

My mom gave the alligator bites a 10/10The lobster roll -1 I could of sworn lobster roll is supposed to be warm it taste like a lobster roll salad like tuna saladThe Poboy 7.5 and the service they could have been much nicer no greet or nothing and the lady was rude and wasn’t paying attention .And playing with a bag The best place to get a lobster roll is slap fish

Great fish so no complaints there! Amazing fries as well!Reason for 2 star review is that the online order pickup system told me my order is ready but when I went in to pick it up the employee said he hasn't even started preparing it and I should not trust the online system. So what is the point of the system and it sending me a text? He told me to sit and wait patiently which I did.Once I received my food and began driving away I received a call from them that they forgot to pack my cheesecake and I should return to pick it up but problem was my fish would have gotten cold if I turned around. He told me to come back at a later time and get the cheesecake by mentioning his name (which I have since forgotten) but the proper way to deal with this should have been a refund for the cheesecake or a full refund due to the repeated inconveniences.But as I said, the fish and fries were amazing! I will however stick to the Meridian location even though it is 20 minutes out of my way because bad customer service trumps great food.

Have been my second time to that place, even though I go to the AMP almost everyday for lunch. Both times I was there the customer service skills were terrible. With a music playing, I had a trouble hearing the cashier and had to ask to repeat his question couple of times - the answers were rude and he did not even try to say it louder, so I could hear.The salmon I ordered first time was almost dry, and today I ordered Calamari Steak Dinner - which disappoint me a lot. Even when you put your fork into it - sounds like a rubber, that's impossible to eat. Everything is just covered in seasoning or sauces, with a wide selection of fish and seafood - there is a lack of skills cooking it. Ended up spending 20 dollars for nothing.There are different vendors in the AMP that serve great food that I'd recommend.
