Food was great but tired of the cook yelling at a newer employee abusivily in front of all the customers, it was uncomfortable sitting here listening to it and the music with offensive terms blaring in the kitchen, very thankful we didn't have our kids with us. Food was amazing though as always.

I recently stopped by Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise! The turkey sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was also excellent, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The combination of great food and great service definitely left a strong impression on me. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality sub sandwich!

Family from out of town wanted a good sub (10 people). Someone recommended this place. The subs were good (nothing special), but the service is not. Ordered a chicken noodle soup for my five-year-old daughter who does not like subs. The soup was broth with a few pieces of carrot and two pieces of noodle with tiny onion pieces and bowl was not full.

I showed the man who took our order/delivered the food to our table. His response to me was “ it’s just the way it scooped out, sorry”. He walked away. My father then said “guess I should not have tipped them”

I know that with all the people we brought with us today that was very expensive in total. We won’t be returning because technically we purchased soup and were given broth. My daughter didn’t eat lunch while we were there. Sad….

Man my chicken cheese stake had great flavor but the chicken was tough as leather and chewy like jerky...Glad I purchased a half sandwich..it found it way to the nearest trash can after the first bite...Would have returned it for a refund but I was already home

The food is AMAZING, but the manager onsite (at this very moment) yelled, cussed, and acted disrespectful to everyone the entire time we ate. Had we not already paid, we would have left due to the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Took 15 minutes to get a sandwich, and we were the only ones there. Food was horrible. Order was wrong. Had to listen to the cook talk on his cell phone loudly the whole time I was eating. Go anywhere else.

My family and I were greeted and helped by a very friendly staff. Our family enjoyed the Classic Cheese Steak, BBQ Chicken, Grilled Italian, and Meatball subs. All of the sandwiches were prepared well and tasted delicious. The meatballs were meaty, juicy, and extremely flavorful because of being covered in a delicious sauce and the right amount of cheese. The only thing I would improve is toasting the sub roll because it was too soft. My sons raved about their Cheesesteak and BBQ Chicken subs. The Italian is delicious, but something seemed off with the Grilled Italian. The meat flavors weren't that noticeable when they were grilled. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to going back soon.

Parking: There is a limited amount of parking spaces in the small strip mall. The availability of parking spaces is on both sides and in front of the building.

This was easily the best sandwich I've ever had, BY A LARGE MARGIN. Incredibly fresh and OBERWHELMINGLY delicious. 10/10. Would recommend to ANYONE.

I used to go to this location a lot! The reason why I don't go anymore is because you only serve sugary soda or sugary lemonade. You took ice tea away (which is a cheap beverage to offer your guests who keep your doors open), and I do not want to be limited to water. I've asked several times to bring back ice tea but it doesn't seem to phase you or even speak volumes to how much business is being left on the table by being one of the only places to not offer the cheap and popular beverage of ice tea. Please bring it back or change out one of the sugar bombs in your fountain for Powerade or something not carbonated and full of sugar. Again, used to be a die hard loyal customer, but I don't want to pay to be limited to Indianapolis tap water. Once again, literally every other restaurant makes ice tea so they can maximize their business...but you don't?

We ordered turkey & cole slaw sandwich. It was ok just a little bland like the slaw had no zing. Service was great. I would go back to see what else they offer.
