Food was great but tired of the cook yelling at a newer employee abusivily in front of all the customers, it was uncomfortable sitting here listening to it and the music with offensive terms blaring in the kitchen, very thankful we didn't have our kids with us. Food was amazing though as always.

I recently stopped by Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise! The turkey sandwich was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was also excellent, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The combination of great food and great service definitely left a strong impression on me. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality sub sandwich!

Mannnnnn is all Imma say!!!! Because babbbbyyyyy that chicken chipotle sandwich was heatttttt you hear me!!!! I'll definitely be back ?????????? And that guy Devin was soooo friggin nice and he has great customer service.
