We are passing through town. This place was really close to our hotel.
Overall, typical Chinese take out. Good for when you need a fix of chinese food.

Quick, we ordered online and it was ready within 20 - 25 mins.
The lady at the counter was friendly enough.

Eggroll, there was a crunch but you could tell it was those frozen premade.
Wonton Soup, taste better than it looks.
We ordered combo plates:
General Tso's chicken. It was ok
Veggie combo, veggie still had a good crunch.
Kung pao chicken, the veggie (celery and carrots) needs to be cooked a tad more. They were too crunchy for my liking.
Combo playes were very affordable if you have a tight budget.

This is the best Chinese food in town so far I been eating here for years and the quality is so good, I live in Fishers and drive all the way here to eat Chinese it’s just my fav place

Puzzled as to the great reviews! I stopped in to eat there and the staff was curt, rude, and the food was average at best. They're definitely not encouraging dine-in, as my food was served in styrofoam and tables were sticky and dirty. At least it was cheap.

I love this place! When I moved away from this area, I missed getting their crab rangoon and sesame chicken. Now, I'm moving back to this area and I couldn't be more thrilled to be closer to Chang Fu!

My family and i have been going here for years, they always treated us with kindness. The owner too was always so nice to me and family, even if there was a language barrier, they would still find a way to communicate with us. The food is quite amazing and the service is fantastic , would definitely recommend to others!

I'm vegetarian and all my life I wished spring rolls would be made with the bubbly crispy crust that pork egg rolls had. I finally have found my dream spring roll here!!!!And the vegetable fried rice I got was good too(it was made without egg, just the way I like it!!)
Vegetarian options: It has the usual vegetable options but no vegetable dumplings. But that's ok since they have wonderful spring rolls!!
