I'm unsure how many times I called this place, but I've NEVER received a callback or any interaction from anyone.

Early Friday night dinner, missed eating at work due to busy day. I wanted something good.... walking downtown, came across this place, it wasn't busy at the time... I'm all in. Ordered shrimp & grits with pork belly croutons.. looked amazing. It came with soup or salad I opted for the soup... corn bisque... it was good, but not my cup of tea... Now again the Shrimp and Grits looked amazing; however the grits were over salted. Initially thought it was the pork belly or sauce, but it was indeed the Grits. The more I ate, the worse it taste... water became my best friend. Gentlemen at the bar was very nice polite, however he had to play double duty as host, because the hostess kept leaving which left me w/o water when I desperately needed it. Not sure if I'll try it again but, the atmosphere was nice, oldies playing in the back ground. Could possibly be a great spot.

Charblue was absolutely delicious and they are willing to cater to anything you want. They assisted me with my anniversary and even printed menus with our names on them.

Went here for a business meeting. The service was prompt for our large table of 12 guests. Everyone was happy with the food and the level of service. We sat in the downstairs area in the back. The lighting and decorations made for an interesting atmosphere. I had the steak and it was very good.

Made a reservation a day before and we were given a courtesy call a few hours prior to it to confirm our reservation, which was great. When we showed up on a Friday night, we were promptly shown to our seats. There are a few TVs at the bar if you come solo or want to catch a game while having your dinner. The wait staff is excellent. The order is taken quickly and the food and drinks also show up without much of a wait. The Caesar salad was disappointing, but the Artisan Greens salad is the exact opposite, delicious. The buttermilk basil vinaigrette adds a lot of flavor to the salad. Highly recommended. My vegetarian pasta was excellent and the grilled veggies that come with were made to perfection. The only reason this is not a 5 star review was the price. I did not expect the price of the veg entree, that does not come with a salad, to be priced the same as a steak that's served with a salad and bread. But other than that, overall it's a great place to celebrate your special day.

Good ambiance and friendly staff. I personally love their salmon it was perfectly done -very tasty and cooked just the right amount. My husband's fillet beef steak is however not the one we were hoping for as it was rather gummy and less savory. It could be a one-time thing. We'd still go back.

Great service. We went for their all you can eat mother's day brunch. Food was amazing for a buffet. Not what we were expecting. They even had endless mimosa for $10. We will definitely be going back.

Perfect night! Recently went for my girlfriend's birthday and we just had a great evening. Food, service, atmosphere - even the complementary birthday desert's serving was as generous as it was delicious. Will go back soon! Thank you!

Place was awesome! Good food and lots of food. The reason why I only gave a 4 stars, because they don't follow up with your food and if everything went well or if there was something the order was missed or if the food was delivered to the right person. Overall, I would recommend the place!

The seafood was very disappointing. Swordfish tasted like seasoned talcum powder. Didn't try the steaks personally...so I hope they are better. Did enjoy the brussel sprouts and the calamari.

Excellent! I held a business meeting here in one of their private rooms, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. The staff was amazing, from the planning to the service at the event. The space was nice, comfortable, and unique. The food was awesome - they had unique twists on steakhouse classics, and executed them perfectly. Their craft beer selection was also great! Definitely recommend CharBlue for a private event or just a great meal.

Best steak I've ever had. The wagu rib eye was WORLD class! I would recommend more than another restaurant in the area! though it is pricey but it is worth it!!

Enjoyed the building, great design inside which was a great start. Staff was helpful and attentive. The food and drinks were rough. I had to send my steak back once and if I wasn't there with a good client, I would've sent it back again. Beyond the temp, the steak had 0 flavor. I soaked it in salt but even that barely helped. I'd suggest taking the shrimp cocktail off the menu, there too much competition in the area that do it so much better. The egg rolls you have on the menu were great. Drinks were priced like the competition but the actual drinks were not good, and getting a bill for 15 bucks a drink when they taste bad is always fun. Staff and setting are great but, for $100+ a head to eat, much better options in the area.

Corporate apartment that was just what I needed. The furnishings were adequate, the finishes in the apartment were top of the line, and the welcome I received was better than expected. I would have moved in permanently if there had been attached parking. Other than that, the location can't be best. It's quiet, clean, upscale, and very well maintained. Highly recommend.
