Great food. Fast service.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Horrible service, and they forgot my Cajun fries on the order, mind you I soent $35 on this order. When I tried to call it was disconnected so I went in the next day and explained what had happened and the person I dealt with was giving me a really hard time over a side of fries, finally after much debate, he gave me the fries I paid for initially... what a shirt show over fries....

Decent Philly cheesesteak. Bread was light, steak had decent flavor. Nothing overpowering. The onions, green pepper and mushrooms were all cooked well. Provolone was as expected. All in all decent sandwich for a mall food court.

Cashier rung me up incorrectly and charged me a fee that he couldn’t even explain. Also served 2 customers behind me in line before I got my food. Won’t be returning.

The food was absolutely horrendous. My partner threw up after eating the boneless wings. I had the Philly stake and felt sick afterwards. Also very over priced. STAY

Cashier was very polite. I asked for raw onions on my sandwich. She told me to tell the person making the sandwich. I told him and his response was I have to pay for it and didn't add any onions and was very rude and dry. With that kind of service, I won't be back.

The staff at this location are RUDE and do NOT know how to ring in food properly. If you don't know how to do your job, ask for help or quit so somebody who NEEDS and WANTS the job can do it properly. How hard is it to ring in food....and then not yell at your customers across THE MALL FOOD COURT! ITS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! YOU SHOULD LOSE YOUR JOB!!!!
