Charleys Cheesesteaks

The pictures on the menu look nice, but that is not what the food looks like. The employees are not nice and don't even try to ask them anything, very rude. It also took a long time to get my food.

Very rude at the register wouldn’t let me change my order because he started making it before I even paid! Then proceeded to bring me off and interrupt me while I’m asking questions would never come back again

I ordered online pickup in store said it would be ready at 655 got there 702 no food no employees and a disconnected phone I'm 45 minutes away can't just pop in and get a refund nothing and clearly can't call

Was there over weekend and had best food there the chicken teriyaki sub was hot and so was my ultimate fries best food I had all weekend

Today, I just got some fries and lemme tell you, they are some of the best ones. The hot and crispy potato sticks with ranch, cheese, and bacon they call “ Ultimate Fries”. They really are ultimate. I would recommend them to anyone who wants them. Bon Appetite.

Perfect just perfect I got their parmesan peppercorn cheesesteak and I just couldn't take a break from eating it. Amazing staff and cook time is excellent. (I can't walk because I'm full of amazing food)

Smells great but tastes mid. Overpriced also. They also want you to tip the staff which is odd being fast food.

The only place you should get your philly subs from. They could use some more staff though. Probably cause they are the only Charleys Subs in the region. Every other sub place doesnt add up. This is your spot.

If you’re going to be serving food, atleast make the meat you make hot. I had ordered the ultimate fries and the Philly cheesesteak. When I brought concern they were both cold he went, “food is cold, that’s how it’s made.” What the hell??? Never spending money here again.

This place is awesome! The food is fantastic it’s reasonably priced and it’s hot and fresh. What more could you ask? The fries are better than 5 guys.

They have great food and r fast at getting it u can watch them cook it as well the only problem I had was that sometimes they can't understand me or I can't understand them

Went during an event and the service was TERRIBLE!!!! I understand the staff was probably busy due to the high volume of customers, but the service was unacceptable. We were told to hurry up with our order which was absolutely the wrong way to start. Then the service remained terrible throughout the order. The worker even got upset at us when we asked for some ranch for our loaded fries. Would never give this place my business again.

The two guys working were terrible, they couldnt understand what anyone was saying which is why orders were wrong and they could barely speak English. They both looked angry about having to serve customers, never once smiled, barely looked anyone in the eye and had about as much personality as a rock. We ordered regular fries but got charged for gourmet fries and it was a waste of time trying to tell them that so I gave up. Picked up my order and got regular fries and a very small amount of them. Tried to tell them I paid for gourmet fries so he just gave me more regular fries. Ughhh....he never apologized or anything and i had enough. The Cheesesteak was ok but wouldnt come back for it and on top of it all... NO DRINK REFILLS! Dont waste your time and money!
