The food is amazing 👏 The service can be better... not crowded at all quick service. I was pleased, but the price is crazy I was pleased that day only 😊 will visit again someday..

I've been here twice, and have gotten the chicken Philly and the boneless wings. Both were excellent. The workers are not the most friendly, but that comes with the territory. Overall, best place in the mall.

The pictures on the menu look nice, but that is not what the food looks like. The employees are not nice and don't even try to ask them anything, very rude. It also took a long time to get my food.

Very rude at the register wouldn’t let me change my order because he started making it before I even paid! Then proceeded to bring me off and interrupt me while I’m asking questions would never come back again

Today, I just got some fries and lemme tell you, they are some of the best ones. The hot and crispy potato sticks with ranch, cheese, and bacon they call “ Ultimate Fries”. They really are ultimate. I would recommend them to anyone who wants them. Bon Appetite.

Perfect just perfect I got their parmesan peppercorn cheesesteak and I just couldn't take a break from eating it. Amazing staff and cook time is excellent. (I can't walk because I'm full of amazing food)

Smells great but tastes mid. Overpriced also. They also want you to tip the staff which is odd being fast food.

The only place you should get your philly subs from. They could use some more staff though. Probably cause they are the only Charleys Subs in the region. Every other sub place doesnt add up. This is your spot.
If you’re going to be serving food, atleast make the meat you make hot. I had ordered the ultimate fries and the Philly cheesesteak. When I brought concern they were both cold he went, “food is cold, that’s how it’s made.” What the hell??? Never spending money here again.
