Door dashed these and as someone who has lived in a Puerto Rican/Dominican home, this is the closest to Nana's pastellios in Indy I car get. These were so fresh, still hot, sweet, savory, beautifully branded (how DID you DO that?!?), and made me do a Homer Simpson. guttural drool as I ate the guava queso version last. The side sauce was a pleasant surprise and | HIGHLY recommend trying this place if you love Latin food. Well worth the sample box price. We had Breakfast Sausage (not spicy), Ham & Cheese, in addition to the Guava & Cheese. * chef kiss *
Not sure what you've been waiting for if you haven't had Che Chori at this point. The food is fantastic - sandwiches, empanadas, fries, churros have all been excellent & the quality has been incredibly consistent every single time I've been there.
One can't make a mistake ordering here and as such I would highly recommend it.
It is take out only - but if the weather permits, they do have some picnic tables where you can enjoy with friends & family

Wow!! Empanadas were AMAZING š¤©. We tried the chicken, beef, and Mexican chorizo and they were all incredible.
They came with a creamy sauce (don't know the name?) and it pairs perfectly with the beef or chicken. The chorizo empanadas are next level... So good they were eaten before I could take a picture.
I have no idea how I haven't tried this sooner, but I will definitely be going back!
Definitely the best empanadas you can find in Indiana.

The menu features over 15 empanada flavors and nearly 10 different sandwich options. My entire group stuck with the main combo. 3 empanadas, chips, and a 10 inch churro. You also get ample sauces with: chimi-mayo, salsa verde, and dulce de leche. I did opt to upgrade my chips into a side of fries.
Empanadas: Each one had the filling branded on the side which was a lovely feature. They were also a bit bigger than my previous empanadas - which is a huge bonus for me.
Across the car, everyone was thrilled with their selections, but there were a few favorites. Of all the types that were tried, these 3 seemed to be the most well received:
Bacon Cheeseburger: Literally all the ingredients of a burger stuffed into a deep fried shell. The relish really made this one shine to me. It added the right amount of acid and boldness the dish needed.
Ham and Cheese: I didnāt try this one, but 2 of my friends loved it. They ordered it because both the cook and a random guy with a take out order mentioned how much they liked it. Iāll have to try it next time.
Guava and Cream Cheese: I saw this one mentioned in a few reviews across different sources. It sounds so weird, but everyone was saying how great it was. I was skeptical, but also delightfully wrong in my initial judgment. My only note here is that you should save this one for last because it is really sweet - practically dessert.
Fries/Chips: Like a majority of places, the chips didnāt do much for me. Bland filler. The fries were decent. They could be better, but they serve as an excellent vessel for the garlic bomb chimi-mayo. The real hero is the condiment - which they also sell in jars.
Churro: Before writing this, I had to look up if Argentina even had churros. Iāve always associated them with Mexican food. My surface level research informed me that Argentina typically has churros with breakfast, and that their version is often served with dulce de leche. These churros were fantastic. I was beyond full but couldnāt stop eating. They were stuffed with dulce de leche AND came with a side of it. The extra sauce wasnāt needed, but it was SO good that Iād never turn it down either. This dulce de leche is the sauce that those with a sweet tooth dream of.

Loved this place! My family is from Argentina, and since I moved away a few years ago, I haven't had empanadas since. The food here reminded me of home, I almost cried. I order the birria, beef, and chicken empanadas as a combo. My partner ordered the Argentine chorizo, pineapple bacon and cheese, and a beef as a combo. Everything was delicious. The churros were tasty, and I haven't had dulce de leche this good since my grandmother was around. I will definitely be back!

Great Empanadas..great customer service, and even though it's only pick-up or drive through the ambiance is cool. Lots of old news headlines line the interior walls...its takes a few minutes to get your order but remember that its made to order and its definitely worth the wait.
The Beef Empanada was packed with flavorful meat as was the Birria version!
I thought that the three empanada combination wasn't going to be enough to fill me up but add in the Homemade Chips and Chorro's with the chocolate dipping sauce.. I'm full!!

I tried the el vacio sandwich and it was not worth the price, $17 after tax. The chimmichurri was good but the meat wasnāt seasoned well at all. The bread was fantastic, I wish the meat was as good as the bread. The fries were ok, they seemed a little over cooked. I plan to try this place again and try some empanadas, I will definitely not order that sandwich or the fries again.

This review is for Che Chori at Home! We ordered the 24 variety āMix it up Cheā pack. Order arrived in a couple days packed in dry ice. I followed the reheating instructions and they came out perfectly! We live about an hour away so this is a great option for us.
This is hands down the BEST place to eat! Empanadas are amazing!!! Staff is always helpful and friendly. I order lunches regularly but this place is the #1 pick & Most Requested of all! Che Chori will not disappoint!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. It's always very friendly, and the food is uniquely its own flavor, and it is amazing. It's very filling, and the fries are great. Give this place a try.
