I lived in Argentina for 2 years back in 2011 & have been searching for authentic Argentine food since, with no luck. This blew it out of the water. They need multiple locations & a larger restaurant. Everyone should eat here, know their name, shout it from the rooftops & then kiss the chef while you’re at it - he deserves it. Will be back. Soon.

I recently bought a whole porchetta for a dinner party. It was delicious and a great price. Order and pickup were easy. Will definitely be ordering again!

Empanadas are ???! We drive almost an hour to get our fix every couple months. All of the flavors are fantastic. Hard to pick favorites but the Argentine chorizo is my favorite!! They heat up the next day just great. The Che chori sauce is amazing (get an extra sauce or two, trust me). The owner is almost always there and he has such a welcoming presence. It is obvious he loves making good food. Our youngest daughter always requests empanadas when she comes home from college (forget mom's home cooking lol).

I can't say enough good things about Che Chori!! It's not often I go to a restaurant and EVERYTHING on the menu sounds amazing- but I would try every single thing on their menu!!My partner got the guava & cream cheese empanada (it's not something I'd order as I don't care for cream cheese). I will recommend that filling all day to everyone!! They even brand the filling flavor on the empanada so you know what you're taking a bite out of- genius!!There's no indoor seating, but you can walk in and order or go through the drive thru and get your order curbside, or sit outside where there's several picnic tables.

Che chori exceeded my expectations. I am typically a very picky eater but absolulty loved che chori. My favorite was the squash empanada. The building is not set up for inside dining so you either eat in your car, or take it home. They do have outdoor picnic tables if the weather is nice. Service was great, we waited about 15-20 minutes for our food but for fresh it was worth the wait!

I ordered the Buffalo chicken epanadas, and they were fantastic! I plant to go back and sample the other varieties.

My family and I have been going to this place for few years now, and everytime they do not miss! Tried their new sandwhich “El Vacio” today, and my goodness it was absolutely delicious. Their staff are also great people, and it’s noticeable that they really care for every meal they make. We will continue to support this great restaurant and lovely people for years to come. Truly is a hidden gem that people cannot sleep on!! Thank you for delivering the flavorful tastes from Argentina, Che!

I got the Choripan and a guava with cream cheese... UH-mazing! My co-worker got the buffalo chicken, red salsa, and guava empanadas and she is also raving about how good her meal was. This month they are giving a free churro if you spend $10 or more. Churro... also tasty! I will definitely be giving them more of my money. No photos because I went feral on my meal and didn't get a chance to snap any.

Indulged in the culinary delights of Che Chori on West 16th St, Indy, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary! The aroma alone triggers salivation, especially with the enticing scent of perfectly seasoned fries. The Buffalo, a symphony of flaky, warm goodness, boasts a mild heat and an impeccable blend of spices, leaving a delightful gooey sensation. The Pig in a Blanket takes cheesy to new heights, melting in your mouth with unparalleled richness. Chorizo, an absolute flavor powerhouse, delivers a savory punch that lingers on the palate. The Birria achieves a cheese melt that's nothing short of a roast in heaven, while the Butternut Squash offers a sweet herb-infused experience, with rosemary claiming the top spot. And let's talk about the Pineapple Bacon - an amazing blend of sweet and smoky bacon flavor that secures the #2 spot. The pastries are light, airy, and flakey, enhancing the overall culinary journey. Lastly, the service was excellent! We were greeted with a smile. They answered our questions and gave us their recommendations. Outstanding work. ‍ In summary, Che Chori earns a solid 5/5 fire rating for its artisan Argentine food. Don't miss out on the best local food and experiences -

The Best Empanadas I've ever had. My first time in Indianapolis and I meet the owner at a trade show. Being from Texas I have always loved empanadas so I had to go. First off the staff is super friendly and very helpful. The place is small but so cute and inviting. I ordered 2 empanadas. It was so hard to choose but I narrowed it down to the Cheesy Bacon Pineapple and the Mexican Chorizo. They were both amazing!!! I am going to have some shipped to me here at home. Perfectly cooked and the flavors were incredible. All the empanadas in Texas can never compare!!! If I am ever in Indiana again I will definitely go back. Until then I'll be paying shipping costs!

Some of the best carry out food I’ve had. Their subs are amazing. First few times I went with the empanadas only. Get a good spread for an affordable price.

It was our first time coming here. There are so many flavors of empanadas. We liked all 5 that we tried, so we bought a dozen frozen ones to take home for another time. They even have a good variety of vegetarian flavors for my kid. Good service, very helpful. They only drawback...we had to eat in our car since it was raining. They have picnic tables but no inside dining room. Good food though. Not too many places do empanadas, and so well.
