The wait staff was not the best. Our bills were all messed up. We were in town for a Indiana Moose Association convention we were needed to get back. And it was taking a very long time.

The food was great. Good service. Close to the airport. They had a beer bucket special. Dart tournament going on if you want. Had all the Indianapolis 500 pictures. Plenty of parking. There known for there barbecue.

I was just passing through but WOW! Great food, chill environment. If I have the opportunity I will come again :)

Great time at The Checkered Flag! Staff was awesome and the food was great! Bobbie and Amber certainly know how to treat people, I couldn’t recommend this place anymore than, Go There if you’re looking for a beverage and something to eat…the food is tremendous!

Even though the place was packed, the team did an amazing job with quick service. The food was perfectly prepared, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The BBQ sauce was a bit on the sweet side for my taste, but honestly, the friendly staff and lively atmosphere more than made up for it. Great people and a great vibe trump everything. I’ll definitely be back!

Walked in and couldn’t order right away due to a phone call at midnight then tried to walk back in and it was locked and called them. Asked if they were open. The lady said kitchen was closed but bar was open till 12:30am maybe. Well… online it said 1am. Got no answer to that. Not cool but whatever. Did not get to try anything.

We had the garlic parmeson wings to start. They really needed seasoning, as did my pork tenderloin sandwich. The meat itself was tender & really good. I also wish they had unsweetened tea..
