We had an unfortunate experience yesterday for my birthday.After we sat down our waitress asked for our drink order, she asked everyone and forgot to ask me and we had to call her back, no big deal, they were busy.After we got our drinks we ordered our food, I have been ordering the same entree for years, the Buffalo chicken wrapper, it came torn apart, the cabbage was soured (very strong smell) and there were no pickles on it, upon mentioning this to our waitress she just said “I’m sorry” and continued on.It took until the end of our meal to get one refill.At the end of the meal I ordered two desserts for our family to share, she came to the table after the order was placed and asked if we needed anything else or boxes before we go, I had to remind her of the dessert which when arrived was not prepared correctly (no cherry, the chocolate cake had an odd flavor, my 7 year old daughter devours anything chocolate and she wouldn’t touch it)It was an unfortunate experience to have for a birthday dinner that came to around $100 after tip.

Waitress put In the wrong food. I wanted steak and chicken tenders and brought out Ribs. My son wanted chicken fried Chicken and brought out Country fried steak. She had our orders confused with someone else

I had not been here in a long time and my friend had not been here ever. She had a hair in her pot pie and I had a live bug in my tea. Not a good day. My food wasn't great either. I'm sad bc of this bc when I started dating my husband when they first opened up we met her eoften and the food was great. I was completely disappointed by this experience tho.

First of all, I sat in the bar and had no wait. My server was attentive, and being a single person eating out, this is important as some servers overlook you to spend time at bigger tables.I got the vegetable plate, which includes 4 sides, croissant and salad, for $10.99- a steal plus it was my birthday, so I free cookie!
