He knows the menus and is super friendly. Almost makes you forget the prices are a bit steep but for the excellent service and food you get, it's DEFINITELY worth

This place rocks! Best Italian beef period. Never disappoints and food portions are nice and big! Food is always made fresh so if you go when it’s busy it could take a little bit of time to get your food.

Our 1st visit, went to Irvington for a CYO girls basketball game at Our Lady of Lourds. Have to say it was delicous. The Chicgo Dog and the Chicago Sausage were excellent. We especially enjoyed the large onion rings.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch today (a Thursday afternoon). I read the reviews, but I was skeptical. No way a hot dog/burger joint could be this good AND reasonably priced.We both got The Irv burger-added lettuce, pickles, & onion and shared loaded fries. It was SO GOOD. I’m not a burger person and am usually left feeling like something is missing, but this meal was very satisfying. Later that same day and I’m already thinking about what I’ll order the next time we get a chance to stop by.The staff was nice and patient with us while we were fumbling with our order.Our only minor complaint: the menu was hard for us to read.
