Advertised valentine trays thought I was buying a heart felt dinner but didn’t get anything close to that. In fact, I had my fruit tray left out. Multiple cars pull up curbside and leave before me with free breakfast sandwich coupons. Only for me to leave with no special trays no breakfast coupon and an attitude from management when I called to complain. “Free” order of fruit on my next visit which isn’t really free if I’ve already paid for it. I’ll never go back. Unreal

This is my least favorite chick fil a in Indianapolis. It's run so poorly. Why is the mobile order line delivery taking longer than getting food from the traditional order method. I just hate this location. Can't wait until Castleton opens again.
