Order a vanilla iced coffee, get unflavored iced coffee. I've placed 35 orders via the mobile app since December and my order has been wrong more often than it has been right.
I've submitted feedback through the app (which is an insane process that takes no less than 10 minutes) about the issue twice and I'm hoping that writing a public review might result in an improved QC process.
Additionally, ordering via app almost guarantees a longer wait time than just pulling up and ordering which is CRAZY.

Drive thru is super efficient for the fresh food and popularity. Fantastic option for fast food. The app has genuinely great rewards and the mobile thru pickup option is convenient and is quicker than waiting in the line.

I've been going to this Chick Fil A for years and it's just consistently been a struggle. They never put ice in the sweet tea? Not sure what that's about. And order is always missing something. When it's super busy, I totally get mistakes happen. But even getting breakfast at 7 am with no line, my orders are always missing an item, no ice in my drink, and they don't put the sauces in the bag even when it's listed on the order. Just seems like bad management. I also dined in a couple weeks back. The restaurant had a musty, sewer smell. Didn't feel clean.
