Always good, always fresh, and their logistics are top notch. I recommend signing up for their rewards program. They offer free rewards pretty often and ive gotten free sandwiches etc. The mobile order feature is great and easy to use.

Usually the worse thing is the inconsistent chicken size, but today they gave me the wrong sauce. I was so disappointed when I went to eat my biscuit and didn't have honey. No matter how long the line is they are great about getting people through quickly and I don't think I have ever had bad customer service here which is extremely hard to find.
I wonder if this location is under different management. Everything is soooo slow now. I recommend not ordering directly from the table if you dine in. While it says they will bring your order out to you, they do not. Girl at the register confirmed they don’t bring orders out to you if you order from the table. So our shakes sat there at the counter melting. None of the workers are pleasant anymore. Disappointed.
