This is the worst chick fil a I have been in Indianapolis metro area. I went there on a Tuesday evening, when the restraunt was not all busy. The guy who brought my food to me basically threw it onto the table. The drink (cherry lemonade) even had syrup at the bottom. This was my first time seeing the special drink being like that, despite I have order them for probably 30+ times. The portion size was on the smaller side. The faucet in the male's bathroom was almost not working, but no one bothers to fix it. I've only been there once so I don't know if that service and food was typical of that restaurant, but I don't think I will ever return there.

I went here on my lunch breaks and was nervous because it looked extremely busy. I was greeted with exceptional service and fast speeds. I had my food within 5 mins and it was hot/fresh. Whoever runs this place is clearly good at it!

Chick-fil-A at The Crossing is top-tier! The curbside pickup here is incredibly efficient—my order is always out within minutes, and the team is consistently friendly and professional. The rewards program is also a huge plus—earning points through the app is easy, and I’ve already redeemed several free items. Great service, great food, and great value. Highly recommend this location!

Chick-Fil-A is one of the best fast food spots that you can go to . The service is immaculate && the atmosphere is clean , organized and impeccable . I have yet to have visited a bad Chick-Fil-A . I love to hear my pleasure after everything as well . It sets a gold standard that no other fast food joint stands by .

Seems to me Chick-Fil-A has changed their chicken to a mystery meat and its Not good chicken at all. Also, I believe they aren't changing the oil they cook it in often enough, the chicken crust is dark and it has a horrible taste. And every Chick-Fil-A I go to is the same way. They used to have great chicken but its not the same any more. Customer services isnt good either. Thats my opinion. I won't be back.
My wallet was stolen today. I had $100 cash only to my name for the day. So before I placed the order, I asked the employee at the drive in if they took cash in that high of a denomination. He said absolutely, no worries! Then lo and behold…. They took my order and then took care of my meal for free! It literally almost brought tears to my eyes as I was dealing with my wallet being stolen not to long before. It was very kind, appreciated and let me know that there is still kindness and thoughtfulness out there!!

We called to asked if they were participating in the get free chick-fil-a for A’s or B’s for students. When we asked they didn’t reply then they went straight to “this call is being recorded you know.” Then we replied saying we aren’t trying to cause trouble we are just asking, and instead of just saying “no we are not” or “yes” they started to threaten us with the police and said they would call the cops on us; when we didn’t even ask anything bad.

I’ve visited this wonderful location several times, always ordering through the drive-thru. I haven’t had the chance yet to enjoy the indoor or outdoor seating, but I definitely plan to come back soon and give it a try.
Today, I ordered: • One vanilla milkshake • Two chocolate milkshakes • Four large fries • Two 5-piece chicken nuggets • One 8-piece chicken nugget • Ketchup and Chick-fil-A sauce
The food was fresh and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
Highly recommend this place for a consistently great experience!

Advertised valentine trays thought I was buying a heart felt dinner but didn’t get anything close to that. In fact, I had my fruit tray left out. Multiple cars pull up curbside and leave before me with free breakfast sandwich coupons. Only for me to leave with no special trays no breakfast coupon and an attitude from management when I called to complain. “Free” order of fruit on my next visit which isn’t really free if I’ve already paid for it. I’ll never go back. Unreal
