My food was awful after I stood waiting for 20mins and it sat in the bag. My drink was even watered down from melting, it sat so long. App orders should not be available at mall locations when no parking is readily available.

Stopped in at 8:00 PM on a Thursday night in mid-December. They are supposed to close at 9:00. I get it that they want to get out on time and shut off the lights and begin cleaning some of the non-essential equipment. But the potato wedges tasted like they were cooked many hours ago and had been sitting under a heat lamp until they got hard and then moved somewhere else. As a result, they were both hard and cold. That's way below the quality of service I have come to expect at Chick-Fil-A. My first bad experience after patronizing Chick-Fil-A for 25+ years. Atmosphere is poor since they are a stand in a loud and quite dirty foot court of a mall.

The food was excellent! Service was a excellent! The restaurant was extremely busy The lines backed up to the street. Employees were kind and respectful and worked in amazing harmony. I think we waited 5 minutes. Which is incredible considering how busy this restaurant was.

The food court location has Chick-fil-A chicken & McDonald's service when you order an ice cream. Love the food, but the location is lacking in the service, which they are known for.
The food is so delicious. I never ate at Chick-fil-A before this and now it is so good that I would want to eat there more often.
