I have resisted going to this chain because of their business practices, but my girl does eat it so guess what, yes I went.I have to admit I liked the food and it is reasonably priced.I just wish their stance on a few things would be more reasonable and I would go there more often.Parking: A large number of spots

I originally ordered on my app. I chose to have my meal brought out to the car, but once i got there they said that service isn't available and I still needed to sit in the dive through. Ok fine it doesn't take toooo long. Once I got my chicken, egg and cheese biscuit combo I started eating omw to work and the chicken wasn't fully cooked- it was chewy and "wobbly " disgusting ? so needless to say I didn't eat it. Once my lunch break came I went back to the location and the lady that helped me said she can only give me a coupon for a chicken and a biscuit ( that's NOT what I ordered) I knew it was no longer breakfast so they wouldn't remake my order. She proceeded to say that's all she can do because they didn't have a gift card for the Biscuit I order. So I had to ask for a refund. She was hesitant but gave it to me. Typically Chick-fil-A has A1 food and service I was highly disappointed. ( I typically go to the broad ripple location I guess I shouldn't have tried this one)
