Clean spot in a convenient location just off the freeway near the loop. Customer service is good and the staff keeps the restaurant clean. The food ranks up there with other quality Chick-fil-A's. Sometimes the drive-thru line is long and the parking is tight. Otherwise, a good experience.

i cant tell if this place shows a huge amount of discrimination/racism or if both the female managers (especially the black hair one) don't like their jobs at all, but i mobile ordered and was already at the restaurant so i had them have it ready, i waited of course and was waiting for about 20 minutes, the older/taller manager had a mobilr but didn't even bother calling out the name, until two people asked if i've been helped out and told them i had a mobile order, confirmed and both were awesome! if both of the bosses or managers whatever they both are don't like their jobs, get a job somewhere else if you're gonna look at a customer and ignore them for 20 minutes

I've come here several nights in a row now and THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE. Today all I wanted was to add whipped cream to my frosted lemonade and buy additional whipped cream for my service animal. Apparently only sometimes they're allowed to ring up whipped cream but tonight I was told IF IT IS FOR MY ANIMAL THEY WILL NOT SERVE ME. What the actual ???
Last few nights they charged me $.44 for it. Which I was HAPPY to pay!
This is not a friendly place for pets OR SERVICE ANIMALS and with the refusal to take my money so I can buy something for my WORKING SERVICE ANIMAL BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO DO PUP CUPS. My service animal has allergies to wheat, he cannot have those treats. Will be calling corporate office in the morning to put in a formal complaint due to refusal to accommodate a disabled person and their service animal. This was ridiculous to refuse to take my money to purchase something and it hasn't even escalated yet.
I went through drive thru not even inside. So the refusal to allow me to buy something for my service animal is even more preposterous.
