Food is great! The Customer Service on Keystone Avenue is horruble! The staff was rude. I placed an online order to be delivered to my job, the app said it was delivere. I never received it. It was still at the store. The employee that answered the phone was very rude and nasty to me. I just asked for my refun.

Great place! We loved the food, and we got a lot for a very reasonable price. Great atmosphere and great staff!
$11 for a scoop of chicken salad not much larger than a golf ball… the lady at the counter that took my order didn’t know what the seasonal salad was, nor did she think to offer to see what it was. Just stared at me. So, I said I guess I won’t have the salad. Although the chicken salad was good, no way it’s worth the price along with the lack of service.

Soooo good. I always use the drive thru so it's pretty fast. The jalapeño holly is great just by itself but I appreciate the crackers given.

I am from out of town visiting Indianapolis for business. I was getting food to in drive through, when I was asked if it was my first time I was encouraged (if I had time) to come inside to sample all the flavors before making a decision. Upon entering the store I received such a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed happy. I tried several flavors and a soup. The gentleman that was waiting on me was incredibly attentive and helpful. It seemed he really wanted me to have a good experience. He shared what his favorites were and was engaging. The restaurant was so clean and bright. The food was delicious and my meal included a cookie!!100% would recommend, absolutely no complaints!!
My toasted croissant sandwich was burnt. The staff are pleasant, though. Always plenty of seating.

Ordered a LG container of Fruity Fran: paid ~$14/lb and got bland chicken salad that had 3, count em, 3 grapes, maybe a teaspoon of mascerated pineapple, an an indecernable hint of almond.I miss Boston Market's ?

She was so sweet with my kids and went above and beyond to make them and us feel welcome! She is a sweetheart!Edit: Also, Gaile was also so kind and made sure everything was good for us!
