Chicken Salad Chick

You just can’t go wrong with The Chick! Yummy!! We were served so quickly and treated so well, I just cannot say enough about how great this place is!!

literally so cute in here, food is fresh and DELICIOUS, worker recommended certain options and went above and beyond. All of the workers are so kind and amazing, not even just to me, someone dropped their cup full of ice and instantly were given a new cup and it was swept up in under 2 minutes! Brought our food to our table and cleaned up for us? great service give the workers a bonus!!!

Very long waiting time.

As much as I love the food here I’m giving one star for customer service! June 10th walked inside where an employee was standing by the door wearing a mask. We made eye contact she said nothing so I greeted her, she still said nothing to me then proceeded to the counter. No one, not even another employee was inside the store. I immediately left. Hire personable people!

Ordered catering lunch for the company i work for! When arrived, I was greeted with pure kindness. Joe and Melissa were great. They quickly got my order together! Joes hospitality was out of this world! Gave me a cookie and drink for the wait while they got the entire order together, which i greatly appreciated! Melissa was a great leader and got her team together to process my order and they all had smiles on their face while doing it! Melissa and Joe offered me a free sample of the new maui chicken salad, it was amazing. Then they both walked all of my catering order out to my car for me! 10/10 experience❤️

I just came here, 3 kiddos with me and I was greeted with such kindness. I was having a hard day and decided to treat myself to lunch, and I can not be more grateful for this experience. Not only was the food amazing as always, the employees were all so amazing and helpful from talking to the kids to getting a high chair for the baby. Highly recommend!!

Had a terrible experience the chick rushed me didn't let me ask my question as it was only my second time ever eating at this place the keep saying well this doesn't help. That's not what u should say to a customer then I felt robbed bc they didn't even give me my sandwich which was main part of the meal highly recommend a difference franchise of this restaurant the other one was 1000% n my food was just throw into a Togo box which was sideways in the bag without no care better sad i had to then go to Chipotle to buy a 2nd lunch bc of terrible staff just blessed I had extra money today n onto of that was charged 14plus for 2 sides n a drink no sandwich n was only reason I went

Waited a long time to be helped and it’s my first time of which I told her to answer some questions about the choices and was told “so you don’t know what you want?!?” Attitude was horrible like I was bothering her for trying to place N order. When the palm colored man behind me asked could she just ring him up while I was asking about the choices …her attitude perked up with a smile and pleasant response…”Sure”!! I guess you don’t need my business so I just walked out while my coins were summarily dismissed.
Shame on your workers customer service and not only will I NOT b a first time customer I will NEVER be a customer.

Busy busy busy place here at lunch time. However my to go order was handled in a timely manner. I enjoyed the loaded baked potato soup plus my basic chicken salad croissant.

Got this as part of a group order for work. I’m not big on chicken salad but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options that didn’t include that. I got the croissant turkey club and side of mac and cheese, both were great!
