I was really disappointed in this restaurant because it is supposed to be southern food inspired. I am originally for the southern states so I was excited about the restaurant. The chicken salad was nothing to write home about and the presentation was poor. The chicken salad was in a container as if it was store bought and not homemade as promised on the slogan. The price is expensive compared to the taste and the fact that they measure the chicken salad out with a very small scooper. There was a man very sick sitting at the table across from us using the wifi. He was literally laying on the table coughing and sneezing. When the man left the table was not cleaned, the man only has a drink. Another family with children was sat at the table. I don't mind paying the price for food but I don't want to be over charged for food that I can get at a gas station. The chicken salad is nothing compared to southern style chicken salad.

Great atmosphere and great food. I had the sassy Scotty and simple yet elegant. My taste is a little on the high end and I don’t frequent places that have 10$ Sammie’s very often but this one was exquisite.

I found the salt content in the chicken salads to be too high for my liking, other than that the chicken salads have a nice taste. They have a great variety. I wish there where low sodium options.

I ordered 2 small chicken salads the same flavor
I am at work and there’s 2 people eating.
The store manager of the keystone location decided because they were out of small of my flavor that he would give 1 large unit stating that it’s the same thing. The problem is i’m at work and we don’t have plates bowls etc to share a large meal and no we will not eat out of the same bowl. When i called the manager he said there’s nothing that he can do about and that i needed to get a refund from doordash. Not a doordash issue it’s the store managers issue. Mind you I paid $18.18 for 2 small orders and 1 large order is $16.89
All the manager kept telling me is again there’s nothing i can do for you
As a manager you should say I apologize what can i do for you to make it right
I’m sorry would have gone a long way vs telling me there’s nothing you can do

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. We order from this location often and have never had an issue, until today. We placed an order for over $60 and only received 1/4 of the order upon delivery. We ordered via the CSC website and not a third party food delivery app. When we only received our 1/4 of the order we called the store and spoke to manager Christopher, who basically told us the only thing they could do is refund our money and we could re-order (as he stated he saw our order still sitting there), making this OUR problem and not theirs. We then spoke with another manager Melissa who was condescending stating there was nothing she could do. HOW ABOUT HONOR THE DELIVERY AND NOT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS JUMP THROUGH HOOPS? If this was the fault of the delivery driver (recall: we ordered from the Chicken Salad Chick website) you'd think since the restaurant chooses to use a 3rd party delivery service, they would honor and ensure their orders are correct as they go out the door. The 1/4 order we DID receive, the soup was inedible. It was extremely salty and I have gotten this soup a handful of times. Inconsistency is what will drive customers away.

I did give a 1 star because the pickle and cookie were the highlights of this $60+ meal.

I went in on August 2nd at 7:46pm to grab dinner with my 2 roommates and we sat for an hour with no food coming out after placing our order. The store was empty and the only customers were us except the occasional online order pick up. The two girls that were in there were so busy on their phones they never made my order and then proceeded to clean the store with us still sitting and waiting for our food. After being looked at and not helped for an hour I went up and asked for a refund and the girl that took my order gave me a lot of attitude and said oh I guess the order never made it to the back to prepare and the other girl said she never saw the order come through. I asked for a refund and the cashier went to get the manager while still running her mouth. The manager Chris came up and said that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he did see my order come through and that when he asked the girls if it still needed to be made they told him no. I’ve come to this location multiple times and never had a bad experience really until now. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I will no longer set foot in this location due to the poor service and terrible attitudes of the staff. The only good thing I can say about it was that the manager Chris was very apologetic and did his best to secure return business. Unfortunately I won’t be a returning customer especially till the customer service and staffing is much better.

The best chicken salad ever! I love the Cranberry Kelli! Fresh ingredients! Served on a flaky croissant! Both the chicken poblano soup and loaded potato soup were delicious!

literally so cute in here, food is fresh and DELICIOUS, worker recommended certain options and went above and beyond. All of the workers are so kind and amazing, not even just to me, someone dropped their cup full of ice and instantly were given a new cup and it was swept up in under 2 minutes! Brought our food to our table and cleaned up for us? great service give the workers a bonus!!!
