This is now the 3rd or 4th time ordering the fried chicken Alfredo fries w EXTRA ALFREDO. Once again barely had any to begin with. Can't ever get a hold of someone there to speak with so I will not be coming back. Sad cause I love the food! Won't let me add the pic of chicken and fried w hardly any sauce Ok I cldnt do a new review so I'm just gonna add thos this one. Had a long day at work and a coworker ordered us some food! I ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo fries (gluten free so no pasta) omg!!! A very rich, creamy sauce! I ordered extra sauce! Shrimp and chicken was delicious and flavorful! I don’t eat very much so according to me, it could feed at least 3 to 4 others! It warmed up well also (in oven) definitely recommend! Only if you are not going anywhere afterwards, you will get sleepy and full and lazy! Lol didn’t know keystone location was closed but a downtown store is open and the wait wasn’t very long, food was still fresh with uber eats!

Use to be so good , now very bland no taste what so ever . I used to go to the keystone location and they never disappointed but now they are closed and we are left with this horrible bland food , I waited 2hrs for my food all for it to be cold . The Alfredo was horrible I had to season it and my Mac n cheese . Doesn’t look like the pictures at all anymore they need to retake pictures of how they are actually making the food now because it’s quite literally false advertisement .

Slowest service and lack of professionalism I have seen in an establishment. I had 2 orders. Took 25 minutes for the first order to finish up. It was not busy. Then when asked about second order, well they hadn't even started that one yet. They were not friendly and acted like they will get it done when ever they felt like it.

Fries are always soggy, ordered blackened chicken and get grilled chicken, used to order constantly when they were on Keystone... Now I'm going to HOT BOYS...you all should try that fire ass shit

We went in with 30 minutes before a concert, thinking we would get a quick meal on the way. Our order took an hour to arrive, after we had to check on it with the employees multiple times. No one seemed happy to be working here. The food was just ok.

My pic i sent to customer service didn't save so I don't have it any more but got a bunch of black, hard old fries and old black chicken cooked in old grease. won't be back they should be ashamed of themselves fr!
We visited for the first time last night and it's doubtful we will be back.
While the food was excellent, I have to admit, the service was not. I'm not sure the good food is worth going though the horrible service and absurd wait.
The girls that were there were rude and unfriendly. They had horrible attitudes. They took a good 15 minutes getting to the register just to take our order. Then the attitudes were atrocious. Then the fountain drink machine was not working so we paid an exorbitant amount for a bottle of pop. Plus they were out of steak.
Worst of all, it took 50 minutes for us to receive our food. Nearly an hour wait? That's ridiculous. That's incredibly ridiculous. I understand everything is made from scratch, which was part of the appeal, but I can cook at home from scratch in much less time. Having to wait nearly an hour made us wall very mad. The girls were so rude, no one dared ask because we all feared we would get a huge argument from them. It wasn't worth it. It's also freezing in the restaurant. The restaurant was not particularly clean either.
I have to give credit where credit is due though. The food was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Very delicious. It's also very filling. We did enjoy our food once it finally arrived.
That being said, I can't stress enough how bad the service was. That combined with the wait, I don't think it's worth driving all the way downtown for despite the fact we enjoyed the meal.
