I walked in one day to get my food and the rude bxtch at the register was having a good conversation with the person in front which was the same race as her but as soon as the black lady in front of me get to her she starts rolling hers eyes and doing all this uncalled for face expressions like she hates black people so I was like ok maybe I’m tripping so then I get to the counter and she does the exact same thing so I let that slide??♂️ then I come back a month later and she still does the same shxt like she hates serving black people so for all my black people don’t go here anymore because it’s evident they don’t want us coming in there eating they shxt they overcharge for anyway like who charges 4$ for one taco gtfoh?

Their customer service is TERRIBLE I had churros, and they act like they couldn’t re-make them, or refund me any money they churros were steal and hard as a brick. The service is poor never go to this restaurant at all their food is not fresh. How is it a restaurant and have poor business. They don’t cater towards their customers I had a complaint about my food and they did not resolve the problem. I would not recommend this place. Poor business and poor service.

The first time I had food there was delivered by door dash and I had birris tacos that were DYNAMITE! The second time eas same order and delivery and starting on my second taco birria I found a frigging hair in it. Now I'm so grossed out! That I won't ever be ordering out taco birria again! If I EVER am able to eat it again, You Can BET I'll be cooking it at home for myself!! It's so upsetting to think you've finafound a great place to dine and then have it completely ruin an experience for you and possibly even a favorite food!

I ordered nachos with shrimp. The shrimp weren’t seasoned good at all and besides the pico, the nachos were missing flavor. I think offering a vegetarian option with beans that are seasoned would be a good option.

Long time customer here. I’m disappointed in the burritos. Please bring back the season fries you use in the burritos because without the season fries you take away extra flavoring. The general plane white fries are awful and the takes away the quality of taste from the burrito. I called and spoke with a young gentleman on the phone and understood the problem but said “the owner probably won’t bring the season fries back due to prices increase and previous inflation”. All I heard was blah blah blah…. If I spend over $10+ for a burrito I expect quality and great taste not piss-poor quality. Tbh do better please

This place is so unique! A great way to put color and flavor into drinks and foods. The California burrito is pretty yummy and HUGE! I will for sure be trying a lot more on the menu!

So coming from Southern California, I have a soft spot for Mexican street food, and this place has it. The birria is about the best I have had out here in Indy, and the tacos camorones are pretty good too. I just wish they could stay open later or 24/7 for those who keep funky hours and don't want McDonald's or BK.

Although a few of there dishes can be a bit hit-or-miss, the staff is friendly and the menu has TONS of variety from savory to sweet! If you're on the west side of Indy and you're craving some street birria tacos but don't feel like standing at a taco truck, Chile Y Limon is your place!

I am a long time customer and have been since this place opened and was in the plaza with peddlers mall. I usually don't have problems, but this time I ordered 2 chicken taco Supremes which is what I always get. I picked up my order and went to my car, took one bite and I had a mouth full of gristle. I start to take the taco apart and notice chicken pieces that are dark and rubber full of fat and gristle like they are scraps and not the good white meat pieces. The chunks were rubbery. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked to simply have the tacos replaced or to exchange for something of same value. They would not accommodate me so they lost a loyal customer just because the customer service skills and the lack to rectify or fix the situation. I ended up throwing the tacos away so it was a waste of my money. I'm never going back. If I'm spending my money, customer service is very essential to me.
