Angel, our server was amazing. We were a party of 28 and she and her staff were there to the end. Never missed a beat. She had fun with us. The food was just as great.
Parking: We have been here a couple of times, and we were never disappointed! We really appreciate all the help and attention to details from Angel.
Kid-friendliness: They accomplished a feat pleasing every kid, even letting them sit together a cross from us. They had as much fun as we did.

The food was good but everyone just seemed to be so rude and have attitudes. We were very polite to our server and she was just not giving back any kind of good energy. Very dissatisfying due to the love we have for the food. Not sure if we will be coming back, did not feel welcomed at all.

We went in this week for my daughter's birthday and the staff came out and sung happy birthday. My server Brandy was amazing, but the manager who came out to sing to her as well and talked to us after made it even more memorable. You have a great staff. Thank you brandy and Robin we will be back

I ordered take out. I arrived around the time I was told to expect my food. The fries were not fresh at all. They were hard. That was a waste of my time and my money. I could have went to Zaxby’s. Once they serve you fresh fries, it stays hot for a long time.
Was there awhile back.. we waited well over 2ish hours for our food. There was some “glitch” in the system. Our waitress was so apologetic and kept checking in, they gave us 50% off our meal. The food was so good, and the chocolate cake was 10/10. However when we finally finished up things and headed outside, we discovered somebody had busted a window out of the truck. They have stolen multiple things out of the vehicle also leaving scratches along the side of the vehicle. Went in to talk to manager about getting video footage/ calling the cops. .they called cops but couldn’t get the footage atm. This was well over a week ago & still have got nothing. When they called the cops to make a report, we waited over an hour for them to come. We finally ended up calling them ourselves and they informed us they had called chilis back but no one would answer the phone. This is very suspicious to our group that was there, as we all live 2+ hrs away we had bags that had been gone through and certain items stolen from 3 of us. (Whoever busted the window had time to go through bags and bags) Needless to say Chili’s, hasn’t reached out or done anything to help!

I went here for a scheduled meeting. The host was professional and helpful. The bartender was really nice and welcoming. The other staff were rude and unprofessional. Just thumbs 👎🏾 down. I didn't order any food. I did get a splash of Red Wine 🍷 just to keep good vibes going. 🫡

Found a whole bunch of white hair all over my molten cake. I almost threw up. And the molten cake wasn’t even heated up or anything. The chocolate in the center of it was still hard as hell. Won’t ever be ordering from here again.
