The fries were over cooked and hard. The burger was ok. I ate a few bites of it. The restaurant was pretty clean. They had lots of staff on duty.

The place was clean, but our drinks kept coming to the table with little black pieces in them, one even coming out with what looked to be rice floating on the top. i sent my sons drink back twice before he just didn't want anything to drink. I did not drink my water as it also had pieces in it. The food came out in a good amount of time. The restaurant was not crowded. But the chicken crispers were a tad bit cold, which was fine and could always reheat them later. We didn't ask for the manager but she did come over and ask how everything was we let her know the problems we were having and she tried to get us something else but at those point I felt like the waitress had enough of us with the back and forth we declined but it was appreciated

We had a fantastic experience at Chili’s on 86th today. Terry was absolutely amazing—attentive, funny, and such a pleasure to be around. He made our visit so enjoyable with his great attitude and excellent service. Thank you, Terry, for making our meal even better!

Ordered through uber eats with an hour wait time. As soon as I placed order my daughter told me she wanted mac n cheese instead of corn on the cob. Being a mom, I decided I would call and see if it could be swapped as the order had just been placed. First they cant find my order, ok maybe it was to soon for their system. She comes back and tells me they found my order buy Im not able to swap the sides out. Ok why? You havent even started my order. No explanation, cool let me speak with a manager so someone can explain why? Both options are available as a side, and you havent even started to prepare my order. Took me 3 times before of requesting for a manager for the lady to finally put someone else on the phone. I explained I understand if the order was placed 15m ago how but make it make sense why? She explains I would have to be charged $3.49 for an additional side of mac n cheese. Ok ma'am how would I go about that seeing I placed an Uber Eats order? She replies "Oh, your uber eats?" Yes ma'am I am I just placed my order and unfortunately my daughter decided she would prefer mac n cheese. "Ok, Ill make sure that you get that in your order." I get off the phone, look at my husband and tell him how much you wanna bet there is no mac n cheese and it was just a way to get me off the phone. Sure enough 45m later no mac n cheese! I understand the inconvenience this request could be if the order was already in process or already finished, but I called within 3 minutes of hitting place order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CHILIS!!! DO BETTER.....
The food was good, as expected.

The music was way too loud. We were unable to carry on a conversation with the people directly across the table.

The manager, Miss Krystle was an amazing host. She ensure that everything was up to par with the standards of their customer service not only for myself, but for all of the out-of-town customers and local customers in the restaurant. She is definitely a class act!

The triple dipper is a good deal to try a few different things. I wish we got plates when ordering it cause those mozzarella sticks are messy, good cheesy pull and dripping sauce. The quesadillas were good but would’ve been nice if they came with guacamole already instead of adding it. Food came out decently fast too.

Our experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Upon arrival, we were seated and placed our orders, but after waiting nearly 45 minutes, we noticed that other guests who arrived after us were already receiving their meals or leaving. When we flagged down our waitress, she blamed a "glitch in the system" for the delay.
We ended up waiting over two hours for our food, which was unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we went to leave, we discovered that our car window had been smashed and our belongings stolen. The situation felt suspicious, almost like an inside job.
We were in Indianapolis for an incredibly stressful reason—my son had suffered burns over 75% of his body—and this ordeal only added to our distress. The staff was unhelpful throughout the situation. They claimed they called the police, but after an hour with no response, we realized they hadn’t followed through. We had to call 911 ourselves to report the incident.
This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, both in terms of service and safety. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service at this restaurant was horrible today. I have dined previously and it has always been good. First, the restaurant was half empty but there was a 20 minute wait before we were seated. I guess it might be because they were short staffed. My daughters ordered chips and salsa for an appetizer and the triple dipper for the main course. The waiter was an older man....he only got her the triple dipper and despite reminding him twice, the chips and salsa never came. For me , I wanted the half stack of ribs which I wanted as part of my order. He was so poor at explaining the menu that I didn't get ribs. When I asked for it , it came so late that I had lost my appetite. I was so disappointed and realized why many of the locations are closing. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business again.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at the Chilis in Trader Pointe. We walked in and the host was so rude then we get skipped to be seated after waiting for at least 15 minutes and then we get our appetizer basically thrown at us. It was just a horrible time all together and I WILL NOT be back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Chili’s. The service was terrible. Our waiter took almost 20 minutes just to bring drinks, and we waited even longer for someone to take our order. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but the staff seemed more focused on their phones than the customers. The food was awful. One of our sides wasn’t even brought out until we were almost done eating, and the mac and cheese looked like it had been microwaved. It was unacceptable, especially for the $60 I spent. I usually enjoy going to Chili’s and have had great experiences at other locations, but this one was devastatingly bad. I really hope Chili’s takes this feedback seriously and resolves these issues.
