Love this food. We live really close & this is our go to. If we doordash it's always fast & fresh & ACCURATE. If you carry out, you get their (son?) who takes care of you & carry's great conversation while taking care of you. The crab rangoon is amazing & he gives great suggestions if you tell him what you're in the mood for. Very clean & highly recommend.

Very good wonton soup, wontons were very flavorful, everything we ordered was hot and good. Crab Rangoon had nice amount of filling. General Tso could use extra heat. This is the best food we’ve received so far!

This was our primary Chinese delivery spot for the 3 years we have lived in the area but we have recently opted to find somewhere else/drive to pick up food instead. The food here itself is decent which is why we kept coming back. When we first started ordering from here there were times they would even put freebies in the bag which is always a pleasant surprise. Recently their ability to offer delivery is inconsistent. We live close so doing pick up isn't a huge deal. However, they also close for dinner at like peak dinner times which is inconvenient and frustrating. But honestly, the primary reason we will not be returning is the teenager that works there. I'm assuming his parents run the place because we've seen him in there since he was a little dude. In the last year he has become so rude, snarky, and difficult it just isn't worth the hassle. I can't count the number of times he has hung up on me while I was trying to make an order or ask a question. If you call during the dinner hour they are closed, he rambles something off about being closed and the times but does so so quickly and mumbly that you can't understand him and he hangs up on you before you can clarify. One time he even made fun of me while I was trying to work out the tip on my pick up order. I know he's a teenager and teenagers are assholes but his parents should know he is costing his family business.

Absolutely AWFUL. Just placed an order and was absolutely rude. Had an attitude the entire time, didn't give me a wait time, and didn't even ask for a name. So unprofessional. How they're still open is beyond me.

This review has more to do with service than food. E. Washington St store opened at noon today (Sunday). At 12:50 p.m. I tried to call in order for pick up . Guy who answered told me they were on a break (at 12:50?) and to call back at 1:30. Nope. Coupled with the recent long delivery times and the poor customer service, this 15+ year customer will go elsewhere from now on.
Food is amazing. Delivery was on point. Customer service was quick and pleasant.Sesame chicken, house special lo main noodles, seafood special, pepper chicken, vegetable lo main, white rice. I recommend these. Delicious, I will be ordering again.

The last 3x I've called, during normal dinner time (6-7 p.m.) the kid on the phone (who is 14-15) says to call back later. Last time it was that they were taking a break. Tonight it was because they were cleaning - at 6:01 p.m. on a Saturday. Nope, won't be calling back.

I visited the restaurant today it’s been since Covid I ordered chicken wings shrimp egg rollls and broccoli with shrimp. I payed before it was cooked left the restaurant.presented the food to my family . Egg rolls where soggy and old our chicken wings where old as well the bones where dry and brown the shrimp was a little chewy as well I called the restaurant to complain the store said because I bought in store there was nothing she could do. And hung up the phone she was very rude and unprofessional I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone

They only got 2 stars because, when it's fresh, the food is good. It also comes out fast, but on one occasion the food didn't smell right and I didn't feel right after eating. Aside from that the biggest issue for me is the smart-mouthed kid that takes the orders. He's there day and night and can be rude and obnoxious. It was tolerable at first, but I've stopped going because of it.
