They act like they supply it from their paychecks and only have a little to feed a billion people

Filthy dining area. Food and napkins all over the floor and the tables. Food on the counters where you order. Condiment and drink area was trashed. This was at 6 PM. Paid $3.10 for ice tea. None was made that day. No bottled water. Nothing but sugared drinks. Steak was grizzly and lukewarm. Nothing was hot. Cashier says not enough people came in to work. So what does that mean about food safety? This place need a health department inspection. Disgusting.

Went to get a bowl at 2:30pm and they were out of basically everything. The workers weren’t very attentive and my bowl was not fresh. Every time I go in this location they never have vinegarette for my bowl and the chips were stale.

No veggies.... again. I was told.... no... not today when I requested veggies. Not today? Fajita veggies are listed on the menu. I don't know...maybe run over to Kroger and buy some bell peppers and onions. Portions are getting smaller, but the price is increasing.

Real skimpy with the protein more and more i think imma start making my own bowls ..they go up in price and less on the food

1 year later , I am here at the store it is 11:12 am and the store is closed with workers in there and people outside wondering whats going on. They could at least say something or come to the door and explain why its 11:14 and they not open.
Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience everytime I come to this one

Untrained staff. They don’t even know how to make kids cheese quesadilla (which is a menu item).

I went in tonight and they were out of cheese, sour cream, and guac. The restaurant was FILTHY. There were dirty dishes and containers in the back that were visible to customers and all of the trash cans were piled high with garbage. There was a line almost out the door and service was so SLOW. I'm extremely disappointed in this and I left to go to BIBIBOP in the next building where they were clean, friendly, and I paid less for more food that was fresh and delicious.

Food is good, just overpriced. I can eat at a local Mexican restaurant for the same or less money. Is it slightly more convenient because it’s “fast food”? Yes. But comparatively it’s too expensive for my taste. This location was fast and easy, not the most upbeat staff but pretty much on par with fast food experience.

Did an online order for 2 bowls and chips, set the pickup time for 3:10pm showed up at 3:45pm. The guy literally told me he hadn’t made it and wasn’t going to. Told me to “ call the 1800 number “. Very horrible experience.
