My experience at this location was God awful. The employee that was preparing my two bowls for my wife and I rushed and acted as if she didn’t want to service us. We then got home to eat our bowls and the quality of the food I must admit was 0/10. The white rice was still hard, the chicken did not taste great! I will not be returning to this location. There is change that needs to happen at this location.

I am kind of new to Chipotle. The service was friendly and quick. The dining room is cozy and was clean overall. We did not have to wait to be served. The menu is a little confusing but if you know what you want, it's good. A lot of options available.
The one thing that I felt a little underwhelmed about was that much of the food was lukewarm at best and not very fresh. I kept thinking ,oh they must heat it up at the end. That isnt the case. Everything tasted good but like it was yesterday's reheats that needed to go back in the microwave.

What is the issue with this Chipotle establishment? The food lacks flavor. The chicken was undercooked on one side and overcooked on the other. The beans, corn, and tomatoes were excessively watery in the bowl. Have these individuals ever compared their experience with Chipotle from another location? I encountered the same problem when I tried it when it first opened, and I discontinued my patronage. The same issue arose after three years. It is ridiculous.

When I came in there was only one other person in there.. I got one bowl to go… the chicken was rubbery the beans were hard and not cooked all the way.. I didn’t even want to eat past the three bites I took..

Really trying to like this place because they do have good food when it's actually good. I went in to get some of the carne asada today and I swear it looked black like charcoal bits. We asked the guy to get some different stuff and he went over to the drive-thru section and got the same charcoal pieces of meat.
Something's not right with this location I think they should close it down I am about ready to start up a legal lawsuit so we can all get our money back

Opted for chips and quac cus everything there looked dry and diabolical only to receive burnt and stale chips mixed with new ones. Seriously people who is managing this restaurants

If you order through the mobile app, you won’t get double meat if you ask for it, so don’t do it!

Also, always the remains of a tornado inside.

But, once you pop the cold food in the microwave it tastes great!

The lady handing out food at mobile window was very sweet.
