Saturday, October 4th…. 25 minutes after supposed open (11:10 am) and doors are still locked.

I was truly dissatisfied with both the service and the food. There were no fajita vegetables prepared, and when I asked, I was told none would be made. I arrived around 12:15, right in the middle of lunch hours, yet they were clearly unprepared for lunch traffic. The food trays were already running low, and I had to wait for more to be brought out, which I didn’t mind, but it showed a lack of readiness.
What really concerned me was the cook’s behavior—on their phone while preparing food, never changing gloves, and even wiping their nose in between. That is unacceptable and very unsanitary.
For my first time back in quite a while, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I hate paying for food when the quality and cleanliness are clearly lacking. I left very displeased and won’t be rushing to return

Marka was delightful & personable with an excellent attitude
The warm smiles and freshly prepared food accompanied by outstanding employee attitudes make this the only fast food restaurant in the area that even bother going to as someone who doesn't eat out often around this location.
Everyone at this location always seems to be genuinely helpful and kind which is saying a lot these days. Head and shoulders above other options in the immediate vicinity. ( weekdays, opening time/ early lunches 3-4 times a year ).
Easily one of the cleanest fast food restaurants in northeast Indy.

The girls were very polite
Too expensive for the value. Never enough help, wait time is over 10 minutes per person in line. Do the math when you're in line.
