The front is messy, trays are not refilled, food is scattered everywhere, the cashier seems stressed, this is the third time and compared to Castleton, comparing the service there, I give them one star.

The portions sizes have gone down extremely , not just on the protein on everything. My bowl looked very skimpy and they up charge for everything unlike qdoba. I won’t be coming back l.

Excellent service all around. I will drive farther to go here. They drain ingredients! My burrito does not fall apart. They listen to what you say. The order is correct. Love this location.

Good location, I did drive through and the food was ready on time and all of my order was correct. Portions were good and staff seem friendly. Would come again

Management Mistake: Ordered one bowl in App for 12 pm pick up. Order said it was ready at 12. I got there at 12:08 and was told they ran out of chicken, so I needed to wait. By 12:20 none of the other pick up orders had been helped, including a woman whose pick up time was 11:50 am. I approached the counter and kindly said that chicken doesn’t take 30 minutes to cook. They were clearly getting people through the walk in line and Chipotlane window. What they had done was prepped all our orders without the chicken, marked as ready, but then set them aside. They asked my name, grabbed a premade bowl, took it to the side and then bagged it and handed to me (remember I’m one of 8ish people waiting). When I got to my car there was not a full serving of chicken, no fajita veggies, and my rice was cold. This was total mismanagement and orders got lost. I acknowledge that lunch is busy, but you also have to know that and prep your team and store better to handle that influx. How are you out of chicken after being open for an hour? Even if your truck was late you have to plan for service. I wasted my whole lunch break for this, and I won’t be going back.

The store was clean, and people were nice.

Always tasty. Fast service. Every one was very friendly. Parking can be a bit chaotic but that's not the restaurant's fault.

Pretty great group working there but yall gotta chill on all that SALT! Lil buddy in the back was sprinkling all kinds of heart failure on that chicken! Please slow down on the salt, I could barely eat it 2 times in a row. I didn't take the risk for a 3rd time, even though the customer service was great
