This has to be the worst managed location ever. I did an online order and it wasn't prepared even 10 minutes after it was due. Go else where for your lunch options. Sadly this wasn't my first issue with this location. But after this experience I needed to share.

As a door dasher, I cringe when I am assigned this Chipotle location. Guaranteed at least a 15 minute wait..... no concern by the employees to keep you posted on your order and the long lines of people ordering on premise are rolling their eyes for their long wait. Would love to know if there is actually a manager who works here. I would say no. Update - still waiting 30 minutes and 2 times asking status and told they are working on it

They just need more people working there during the peak times, they’re always running behind on Wednesday night. People working are doing the best they can but they just need more help. Too many people coming in and online orders.

I was greeted when I walked in. The guys making my food were super helpful. Of course I got my regular veggie bowl. My food was flavorful. They were out of the watermelon limeade but I still had a good experience.

This place needs help...food from steam tables were luke warm, I wonder if it could ne because they don't put a lid on. I prefer my hot food hot, and cold food cold. I could not understand why they were either out of or low on all proteins on the steam table. The staff was awesome, my food not so much.

The place was dirty and unstocked. Took 15 minutes just to place my order and another 15 to 20 to wait for it. Then the steak was still lukewarm.A big white guy at the cash register was the only one working with a sense of urgency and friendly demeanor.Hows the big guy going to work circles around everyone else?Take some pride in your work for once, people. When you have bad attitudes and a lackadaisical work ethic you're only proving your critics right about you ?Why not prove people wrong and step it up a notch? Have some enthusiasm and see work as a challenge to take everything thrown your way and still standing at the end of a shift remaining professional.

Brand new Chipotle and only 2 people working on a Friday night. Ordered with the app 45 minutes in advance and the order still wasn't ready 30 minutes after the pickup time. There were a handful of people in the lobby waiting on food and no sense of urgency from the workers. Terrible management.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to I know it's a new one but holy moly. I've walked out of here at least four different times because they have no steak available and they also today had no chicken available and there was nobody cooking any. I've come at 10:55 10 minutes after they're open several times and there is no food available at all. This place is horrible management needs to be given some authority to fix what should be a brand new and well working restaurant
