My experience was terrible yesterday evening. I haven’t been to chipotle in years, was trying to order what the person I was with normally gets, in the process I felt very rushed & met with attitude, employees eating food behind the counter where the food station is. There was hardly any food left to complete the order. The chips were disgustingly stale. The young lady at the cash register had the worse attitude of them all.

Really bad location. The quality of food is just so inconsistent. Half the time the food is really bad, whether being wayyy too salty, the rice being hard, or the salsa tasting sour. Going to drive a little farther to other locations from now on.

I've ordered from this store three times and have finally learned my lesson. The first time, I received an almost half-full, cold burrito bowl. The second time was fine. The third time, tonight, I received the wrong protein and the wrong rice, neither of which I eat. My food is in the trash, my money is wasted, and you can't reach anyone by phone to make it right or even leave a message. Clearly, management doesn't care, so the employees don't either.

Ordered food through Door Dash, bag was sealed. I ordered a kids quesadilla meal for my daughter. She bit into it and immediately spit it back out along with SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE GREEN CHEWED GUM!!!!! I drove back up there with the food, my food was refunded (not including the DoorDash fees) but that doesn’t give me a resolution. The answer I got was “the person that made the food wasn’t chewing gum” and “we don’t have anything in the location that looks like this and I don’t even know what it could be.” The manager stated she would put in an incident, so I hope they follow through and inspect what the hell was in my child’s meal.

While the manager did what she could do onsite, I doubt this goes anywhere. I just hope a sicko isn’t working in their kitchen purposefully contaminating food.

Very sad that they begin to close at 9:15. You can get regular portion size because they don’t want to prepare anymore food. If you ask for double you won’t get it but still have to pay. People scrubbing the grill early, empty containers on the line, people talking and standing around as if it’s actually closing. Chipotle can you do better. Can the employees make food to serve customers the entire time. Open til 10 means til 10.

I live in broad ripple and frequent this chipotle. worst location i’ve ever been to consistently. probably the 10th time they didn’t put veggies on the quesadilla i order. they’re constantly out of things, grill broken, and portion sizes are pathetic. the salsa that came with my quesadilla is frequently half full and now i’ve started ordering a separate additional side of it they don’t even fill it up. i’ve worked in food for a long time and i just don’t understand the stinginess.
