So listen. You are top food chain restaurant in the country. Tell me why at 11:17 right now I’m standing in line for 10 min so far and ONE PERSON IS WORKING LINE AND CASHING PPL OUT. The GM and shift manager are not on the same page and this is the worst run chipotle I’ve ever been to AND I got to chipotle 2 times a week so half of my week is spent standing in this line. They also open at 10:45 and then stop ppl from ordering till 11 because the food is never ready at open…. This location NEEDS MANAGEMENT CHANGE!!!!!!

The food was delicious and generous, at least in my book. The atmosphere was kind of messy and the staff looked kind of rough. I'm not sure what happened before I visited but the staff looked like they were really going through it, it was concerning.

my bowl contained almost nothing i ordered in it and what it did contain did not seem appetizing.. it was just some rice beans and meat tossed in the bowl with a large piece of straight onion skin for some reason. the only edible parts imo would be the side tortilla and the sprite.

They are very efficient in serving customers. However, as with many city locations, they are very very busy. I would recommend to make plans for ordering early (give them at-least 15 minutes) especially during weekdays.

Got a steak bowl and couldn’t at any of the steak. All of it was fat and got removed from the bowl.

This place is a joke and always has been. They are never not out of food and the line is always out the door. Workers are rude and get mad when you ask when food will be ready. Went tonight and they told me they were out of rice and the only protein they had was chicken. Then they said it would be a 30 minute wait just for steak. I used to work at Chipotle and know that’s unacceptable. Over it.

My roommate got extreme food poisoning from this Chipotle location and just a week later my girlfriend had even worse food poisoning that sent her to emergency room. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
