This Chipotle was absolutely a mess. Not sure if it was just today or if it's like this always. However, the customer service was terrible, the people were rude. And rushy. Not like Chipotle let's get the line down .. but they didn't ask if we wanted a few things just to hurry up. & when I asked to get something they literally huffed. The high chair was filthy right along with the rest of the rest of the restaurant. They were out of steak & said they weren't making anymore (early in the day.). The silverware was not filled. And the drink bar had liquid all over it. Any of those things could have been because of a lunch rush so I waited & watched a bit..The employees did not fix anything when the line & store was empty: They chose to stand around, scratching & talking. Just go somewhere else.

The only reason why this isn’t a 0 is because the tall black male was very nice and did his best to better my experience, portion sizes were unbelievably low, the bowl wasn’t even half way full, the lady with glasses was very rude and she put almost no guac chicken or queso on my bowl. Came December 31st at 4pm, luckily the tall gentlemen seen it and offered me a free small cup to better my experience.

I don't eat out often, so Chipotle is a great choice that's close by when I don't feel like cooking. I go to this store 6-8 a year. Tonight, a Tuesday at 7:00, they're out of all proteins except sofritas, whatever that is. I know stuff happens, but this is the 2nd time at this store recently, and I don't go in there that often. They may make it fresh every day, but the kids running the store can't seem to make enough. There was a stream of customers leaving, so it's not like they were caught off guard bear the close of business. Do better!

Horrible experience all of the time! Line to the door and 1 person making food and ringing up the order. I don't know why I keep going back. This will be my last visit. Food service areas filthy. Waited 20 minutes tonight and I was first in line. Girl said it would be a while as she made mobile orders. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, wait that will hurt their million dollars in profits. Just let the customer wait. 3 months ended June 30 2025 they only made net income of $436,127 x 1,000 = $436 Million in Net Income. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Not a friendly experience Should be prepared for lunch hr rushing no as I'm ordering just pushing food down-the-line, I didn't even get everything.I wanted, no matter how many customers are in the location.I'm spending my money so I should be able to be served properly no veggies and the other things that I wanted.I could not even get from my stuff.Being pushed down-the-line and wrapped up will not visit this location again

Saw the CEO on Mad Money denying Chipotle have reduced their portions … he hasn’t been to this one ; been getting bowls for years , this bowl wasn’t even filled width wise , and suffice to say no issue with putting the lid on .. somewhere between 50/60% of the past offering . While price has gone up . Last I checked their stock price reflected this very bad decision . The portion tonight was a snack not a meal !
