I don't eat out often, so Chipotle is a great choice that's close by when I don't feel like cooking. I go to this store 6-8 a year. Tonight, a Tuesday at 7:00, they're out of all proteins except sofritas, whatever that is. I know stuff happens, but this is the 2nd time at this store recently, and I don't go in there that often. They may make it fresh every day, but the kids running the store can't seem to make enough. There was a stream of customers leaving, so it's not like they were caught off guard bear the close of business. Do better!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! The manager Jeff should be fired he’s the rudest person I’ve ever met. Horrible customer service, food was cold when I finally got it. Im NEVER stepping foot in a chipotle ever again!!

Horrible experience all of the time! Line to the door and 1 person making food and ringing up the order. I don't know why I keep going back. This will be my last visit. Food service areas filthy. Waited 20 minutes tonight and I was first in line. Girl said it would be a while as she made mobile orders. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, wait that will hurt their million dollars in profits. Just let the customer wait. 3 months ended June 30 2025 they only made net income of $436,127 x 1,000 = $436 Million in Net Income. HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Not a friendly experience Should be prepared for lunch hr rushing no as I'm ordering just pushing food down-the-line, I didn't even get everything.I wanted, no matter how many customers are in the location.I'm spending my money so I should be able to be served properly no veggies and the other things that I wanted.I could not even get from my stuff.Being pushed down-the-line and wrapped up will not visit this location again

Saw the CEO on Mad Money denying Chipotle have reduced their portions … he hasn’t been to this one ; been getting bowls for years , this bowl wasn’t even filled width wise , and suffice to say no issue with putting the lid on .. somewhere between 50/60% of the past offering . While price has gone up . Last I checked their stock price reflected this very bad decision . The portion tonight was a snack not a meal !

Went in at lunch store only had 1 person working line and there were 8 people in line...waited long enough to know that I was not going to get served any time soon so I left. Chipotle you have to be better than this.
As someone who previously worked for chipotle, I want to say these reviews are kinda ridiculous. The counters are going to get messy during peak hours. They work really hard at this location. I go there frequently, at least once a week. They're always really kind and I try to acknowledge their hard work. I really like the work ethic of their employee, Sara. Their food has always been prepared so well. I feel like its hard for most customers to put it in perspective that if you want it fast, it will get messy. They will clean up after peak hours. Put yourselves in their shoes. Make it make sense.

Maybe have steak and rice when people come in. Not filling the bowls for $70.00 will not bring people back. Also when we are standing there saying it's ridiculous they all wanted steak!!!! Why would that be ridiculous you offer steak and that's what we wanted and paid for!!!

Don't bother wasting your time here. everytime I try and pick up a burrito at this place there is a long line and only 1 person making burritos and also running the cash register. When I asked the manger (who seemed to think peeling onions was priority over taking care of customers) he told me some lame excuse about corporate only allows him to have so many employees from 2 to 4 pm. Did he offer to jump in and make some burritos, hell no. Do managers not make bowls or burritos? Do they not help out their staff when in the weeds? He instead was happy to let me walk out the door without purchasing anything. I had to go to a different location just to not wait 30 mins in line.
