It seems every time we do an online order, there are mistakes. Most recently a kids cheese quesadilla came without the cheese. Just the shell. Also, a salad was made without the cheese, veggies, and beans. Very disappointing and ruined our dinner.

This Chipotle in North Indianapolis was easy to find, wasn't too busy, and I was able to order my chicken Burrito in a timely manner, the staff was friendly. The Burrito didn't taste as warm as it probably should have but was still delicious.

Dinner and a show!!!Fight broke out when I was eatin my chips and queso (quite good btw, not as good as Qdoba but that’s not Chipotle’s fault of course that’s a high bar)I guess fair warning to customers that you might catch some strays eatin here, but personally I had a good time, would come again

We entered this restaurant around 9pm on Sunday, February 11th. We were accosted and belittled by the employees for being there. The young man behind the counter was demeaning and insulting. The level of disrespect and lack of customer service experienced at this restaurant was insulting. We left as we did not feel comfortable around the employees. This experience was wildly uncomfortable and disappointing. The young man behind the counter continued to shout and insult us as we left.

Order a large bag of chips and get a small amount of chips in the bag that were stale and covered in salt.
Visited location tonight. It’s not even 9 pm, and more than one hour before closing, and Chipotle is out of chips, and pinto beans. Meat containers, except chicken, are half empty and totally dried out. Still plenty of customers. Food Not appealing at all, but I was hungry.

I order Chipotle almost 3x per week and it’s always something with them! Half the time they forget an ingredient and get my order wrong. Today was the last straw! I always order salsa on the side of my quesadilla and they decided they would be sneaky and fill up 80% of the compartment with rice and put the world’s thinnest layer of salsa over top, I guess in an attempt to bamboozle me. It didn’t work. What a dishonest place. If you don’t have something, just say that. You can see in the photo the “salsa” compartment. And the actual rice compartment was about half full, but I ate some of it before snapping the photo. I order chips specifically to go with my salsa. They basically removed half of my meal with this stunt.

Worst chipotle I've been to. Out of rice, pork, chips @ 7pm. Also added something super spicy to the beans and chicken so my son couldn't eat his kids meal because it was so hot. Really odd for chipotle but they just didn't really care lol
