Came here to seek shelter from a storm and to get some food while we wait for the storm to pass. Upon arrival the staff taped signs in the window that said “cash only” which I was ok with because i still use cash these days. Staff then locked the doors before we could get inside and refused to open them. Myself my wife and another bystander also seeking shelter from the storm were left standing in the rain. Like I get it if your registers are not working but locking civilians out of the building in a storm is just cruel. 10/10 will never come here again.

I don’t know what kind of magic goes on in here but I’m from Chicago and the employees at my local Chipotle hate life and hate customers so it was so nice to go to a store where people were NICE and accommodating. It’s such a small thing but really makes a difference. 10/10 I wish I lived near here.

The food counter is filthy, food is spilled and scattered all over. Manager is on site but pays no attention. I don't understand how they ever passed a food safety inspection. Stay away.

Came through at 2pm yesterday on a Friday. They had no more vinaigrette. They were out of all the meat except one. The workers were walking in borderline slow motion with no sense of urgency. I tell you ladies and gentlemen there was not a care in the world, they didnt mind that half the menu was just missing. Yikes.

Best chipotle in Indianapolis, hands down. I order take out every week and they have never messed up my (very complicated) order

This is the second time I have been to this location and they’re out of something. First time was Boca meat and this time white rice. If you see you’re getting low on something, you should start preparing and cooking. This place is unorganized. I drove to another location on E 96th and was able to get what I wanted without having to wait for white rice to be cooked. Which I was told takes 30 minutes

Stay clear of this chipotle! You will get called petty for wanting queso? Somehow being called petty is acceptable at this location. I was visiting family, I live in New York and frequent chipotle quite a bit there and have never experienced such poor service at chipotle. It seems like a lot of the staff needs retraining and to reevaluate their costumer service skills, since it seems to be nonexistent here. This is very upsetting and it left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I’m not talking about the food.

If management reads this; I ordered online for pickup at 4:50pm on December 10th. I arrived at 5:00pm and my order wasn’t started.

I was made to wait until the line in store was cleared before my order was started.

5:20pm is when I had my food. The cashier was extremely rude during the entire experience.

Im not the type to ever write bad reviews but tonight Me and my family came to dine in and the manger with red hair was super rude to my mother, when ordering her food my mother repeated to the manager that she wanted fajitas on her bowl because she thought the manager did not hear her because she kept making the bowl and the manager snapped backed at her very rudely saying “Ik I heard you!” and then my mother told her that she hadn’t asked for chicken on her second bowl that she actually wanted steak and the manager started to argue with my mom about the things that she wanted on the bowl so I had to step in and finish ordering for her. The staff are always so rude at this location every time we go and they seem to always mess something up when we go.it really shouldn’t be this complicated to order ones food
