Decided to order a burrito for pickup and I’m highly disappointed. It’s mainly rice, maybe 5 pieces of chicken; that’s ridiculous! Chipotle isn’t worth it.

i go to this often as it is near my work and even by 9pm like tonight they are always out of stuff. tonight was told no sofritas at 9pm and no plans to make more they have turned the gas off

This location has extremely bad service. We waited in line to be served for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff. We were the third group to walk out of the restaurant without ordering anything.

This place has gone downhill, it used to be one of the best locations. Chicken chewy/fatty. Fajita veggies cold. Rice was one big mushy clump. Were out of many ingredients and had to wait 10 minutes just to order with no one else in line.

Listening is a basic skill. If you are asking somebody what they want and then not paying attention and mess up more than once, don't get huffy with the customer. Be thankful for the job you have or go get another one and let somebody who cares more work in your place

This location (Castleton) has been on a downward spiral for some time. You can almost guarantee they’ll be out of something, it’ll be a mess, customer service is lacking and/or they’ll be closed (during posted operating hours). That was my latest experience…they closed over a hour early. We decided to drive an additional 10 minutes to the Nora location close to NC High School. They were busy, but they were friendly and to my surprise the food had so much flavor (something the Castleton location lacks). Even though the Nora location is further, this is the one I’ll continue to go to. Save yourself time and frustration and bypass the Castleton location.

No ingredients available and no recipe after purchasing 😞 I thought this location would be a better choice after the others I tried but nope! Was rushed through the line and to top of off no napkins nor eating utensils in togo bag. Never again will I eat chipotle out east.

Cashier who appeared to be young African American girl using a person by the name of Bryce register had very poor customer service was blatantly rude and deserves severe discipline! Also restaurant was filthy no utensils or napkins in lobby! Will never return to this facility not have any of my mixed family visit this location!!!!
