This is the second time I have been to this location and they’re out of something. First time was Boca meat and this time white rice. If you see you’re getting low on something, you should start preparing and cooking. This place is unorganized. I drove to another location on E 96th and was able to get what I wanted without having to wait for white rice to be cooked. Which I was told takes 30 minutes

Stay clear of this chipotle! You will get called petty for wanting queso? Somehow being called petty is acceptable at this location. I was visiting family, I live in New York and frequent chipotle quite a bit there and have never experienced such poor service at chipotle. It seems like a lot of the staff needs retraining and to reevaluate their costumer service skills, since it seems to be nonexistent here. This is very upsetting and it left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I’m not talking about the food.

Everything i come here to eat it is a 20 minute wait. They are understaffed and not cared for by the company.
If management reads this; I ordered online for pickup at 4:50pm on December 10th. I arrived at 5:00pm and my order wasn’t started.
I was made to wait until the line in store was cleared before my order was started.
5:20pm is when I had my food. The cashier was extremely rude during the entire experience.

went to pick up food for eight people with my friend and did the order in person, both ladies working the counter were incredibly sweet, patient and fast😌🙏 thank you for making me feel not so bad about giving a bigger order:)

Im not the type to ever write bad reviews but tonight Me and my family came to dine in and the manger with red hair was super rude to my mother, when ordering her food my mother repeated to the manager that she wanted fajitas on her bowl because she thought the manager did not hear her because she kept making the bowl and the manager snapped backed at her very rudely saying “Ik I heard you!” and then my mother told her that she hadn’t asked for chicken on her second bowl that she actually wanted steak and the manager started to argue with my mom about the things that she wanted on the bowl so I had to step in and finish ordering for her. The staff are always so rude at this location every time we go and they seem to always mess something up when we go.it really shouldn’t be this complicated to order ones food

I’m saddened with my experience because my family and I love chipotle. The barbacoa was big and fatty. The person making my bowl did NOT cut the meat into small portion like I asked.She put a big fatty pc of meat in my bowl. Me nor my husband could eat that.I asked for queso and she gave me a HALF spoon of queso. The portions are getting smaller and smaller for the price I paid for a bowl and soda I could have cooked a home cooked meal at home. I was not greeted when I came into the store. I’m usually greeted.Im hoping this was just a bad day for the staff. My food was awful . Food 0/10
A very filthy chipotle location! I have been there a few times to take out and I notice all tables and floor was dirty, I assumed that they’ve been busy and hadn’t had time to clean up. Last week I went to dine in and same scenario, all tables dirty, floor with trash around. I ate there for about 30m and no it wasn’t so busy for this place to look so filthy. I came in today again with my nephew and we decided to dine in again, I had to clean one table myself because all tables were dirty, and floor disgusting. We ate there for 30m and only 2 or 3 customers came in while we were there. All employees were in the back doing who knows what. No napkins out side no aguas frescas, just an empty filthy place.

I'm a middle aged man yet I always get the kids meal. 2 steak tacos with a drink included for just $5. and change! Can't beat it!
Men's bathroom is a 1 person only with a flimsy lock. That needs fixed but the food is really good and staff is friendly.
I'd eat here again.

Entered the store and there was a decent sized line which is pretty standard for lunch time on a weekday. Took 5-10 minutes to get to the front of the line. When placing my order I was informed that they were out of both white and brown rice. The employee seemed to be annoyed about it. I asked her how long for more rice and she said about 5 minutes. The girl working the cash register then proceeded to make eye contact with the girl making orders and made her hand look into the shape of a gun and put it to her head. A minute or so later the girl at the register decided to offer free drinks to those that were waiting for rice. A minute or two after that, the rice came out. As the girl making orders went to put the rice in my bowl, the girl working the register walked up angrily looked at the rice told the girl making orders that she can’t serve it and then took the rice away. The girl making orders apologized and I resumed waiting. The girl working the register then walked back out with the rice dish that had apparently been dumped and showed the other employee (and everyone in the restaurant) that there was a giant burned clump of rice in the bottom of the dish. Another employee then appeared with a fresh dish of white rice and made my meal. The barbacoa was delicious and perfectly cooked, everything tasted great, but the rice was overcooked and some pieces were hard. The guy working the grill and doing the meats appeared to be working hard and doing a great job. There was another girl in the back who was preparing the rice. She seemed to be working hard and staying calm despite the bad attitude of the girl working the register. I’m not sure if she’s new or just having trouble with the rice, but she seemed to be trying to stay positive and do a good job. The girl making orders was friendly enough, but just kind of stood there doing nothing while everyone waited for rice. The girl working the register came across as toxic and arrogant. It seemed as if she is the most experienced staff member, bit she also seemed to be treating the other employees poorly and had a blatant disregard for the fact that all of the customers could see her pretending to shoot herself and making a scene with the burnt rice. I’m not sure if there is a manager around, but it was definitely clear that there is a culture problem in the store. I’m not sure if the register girl is causing it or is just at her wits end, but from my perspective she was the biggest problem with my experience.
