I’m rating this particular Chipotle location because of the service I received from one of the employees.

I have a severe allergy to avocados. Before placing my order, I let the employee standing before me know about my allergy. This particular employee looked a bit dazed and confused. That employee glanced at the food line and looked back at me but didn’t say or do anything to prepare for my order. Maya saw and heard the conversation and immediately stepped up saying that she would take my order.

Maya took off her gloves, washed her hands, cleaned the counter surface in front of the employees, washed her hands again, put gloves, on lay down 2 sheets of foil (side-by-side to prevent my tortilla from touching any surface) and then was ready to make my burrito. That alone gets two thumbs up and five stars. 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

As a customer who unfortunately has a food allergy, I felt safe and protected. I felt seen and understood. I really hope this location acknowledges Maya, and I hope that she receives a statement from Chipotle corporate on her professionalism, taking command of a situation, food handling, and care for customers.

this chipotle never fails to disappoint me. First of all the lady making my bowl puts the smallest amount of rice then proceeds to give me the driest left over steak then I ask for lettuce and she puts like a pinch of lettuce in my bowl then she made my boyfriends burrito and she couldn’t wrap it so another employee came to help and he was just playing around with it trying to teach her how to wrap but the way he just kept taking long and rewrapping it for her to learn just made me and my boyfriend lose our appetite I just overall don’t like this location the food and service quality is just horrible.

There's no point in ordering pickup because they're going to do the 10 people in line before they ever consider making your food, second time this has happened here
Also double the protein is more like single serve portion

They charged me extra for sour cream and vinaigrette then didnt give it to me. i went back asking for it and the woman tried to argue me down that they cant give it to me and would not guve me a refund. I paid $18 for a bowl .

I moved and have not been to this location in a year but I was in the area and stopped by. Elaina was present and did not fail to be the amazing soul I remember her as. Thank you!

Decided to order a burrito for pickup and I’m highly disappointed. It’s mainly rice, maybe 5 pieces of chicken; that’s ridiculous! Chipotle isn’t worth it.
