Horrible Experience! We ordered as soon as they opened, through door dash, so we were expecting fresh food, spending a decent amount of money on 3 bowls and a burrito. I was the one who wanted Chipotle, and a couple of my guests had never tried it, so I wanted them to experience it—but I regret I did. The order was put together how the restaurant wanted to prepare it—nothing like we requested—with the meat in two bowls mostly fat and several ingredients missing. About an hour later, two of us had diarrhea. The food felt leftover or carelessly prepared. Very disappointed—I won’t be ordering from this Chipotle again.

The portion I received was about half of what I normally get, especially the meat. When I mentioned it, the person at the counter said it was “normal.” I won’t be returning. If you value your time and money, there are better options available. I hope this helps others.

As we were doing a quick pass through we stopped at this location. The service was great. Food was sstamdard Chipotle (good). Atmosphere was fine. With not too many customers, it was a little dirty, therefore 4 ⭐.

This was my 1st time going to this location. The servers and cashiers are not friendly. I paid $26 for a burrito for my son. My son wanted extra meat. The portions of So called extra meat was as tiny as my 2month old nephews baby food. We asked for extra queso and the girl hesitated poured half the spoon of queso out and gv me a dab of queso. The burritos at the real authentic Mexican restaurants are bigger. The Quality of the food is better and most of all extra meat and extra queso portions are bigger at the real authentic Mexican restaurants.My burrito was no bigger than a large taco. I paid $26 for it. Do not go here thinking you are getting anything EXTRA. The portions are tiny and they charge you for it. Highway robbery at its finest. Then the cashier who’s neck is long as a giraffe looks over and say didn’t she ask for extra meat and extra cheese? You know that. You’ve been watching her make my burrito from start to finish. Never again will I go here. They act like they are low on meats here. Or maybe there’s a shortage we don’t know about.

We had a terrible last experience. Ordered 2 burrito bowls, one was supposed to be a veggie bowl and the ordered toppings included sour scream and fajitas, without shredded cheese. We did not get guacamole (which is what makes the bowl a veggie bowl), the sour cream, or fajitas, and it came with what looked like extra shredded cheese, when we weren't supposed to have any. Very disappointing.
