Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the cleanest looking Chipotle and the food looked fresh and really good. All of that would have been great if this wasn't the absolute slowest Chipotle I've ever been to.
I timed 5 mins and they got 3, maybe 4 people taken care of. Line was past the door.
I didnt have 40 mins to stand in line. And had to go.
Im passing through, don't live by a Chipotle anymore and have been craving it for months. I came so dang close to getting my fix but my wife was throwing a fit about how long it'd take.
Dude on warming the tortillas was heating them forever. I've never seen them come off the press steaming that much. He was definitely a bottleneck.

Good quality cafeteria style Chipotle. They are fairly clean, fast at getting you your order and good quality. It was worth my time to eat there

There's a man in there. Refusing to accept Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Grub Hub drivers, etc. I'd report him. But there's too much of the discrimination in Indiana to even deal with right now. I had to cancel my order, and post excessive wait time. I'd give this management a 1 star. I was in there literally last night. If this happens again. I'm reporting him.

I went in about 10 minutes after opening and nothing was prepared as it should be when opened i couldn’t order a salad due to them not having the dressing prepared and I couldn’t even order a drink as the soda machine wasn’t even put together.

We had bowls of different types when stopping at this Chipotle. The food is freshly in nature. The heated elements were on the lukewarm side. Rice, tomatoes and beans were fine. Chicken was a bit sparse. The portion is good size and filling. Service is good, one person seemed to do all the work at the counter in preparing each order per person. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Atmosphere, the place has plenty of seating but was a mess. Tables not cleaned and stuff on the floor everywhere. The bathroom was also messy. Overall a decent experience.

I came to this location at nearly 10pm... an hour before closing. The food was all still absolutely fresh and wonderful. The restaurant was super clean and the staff were all so nice and fun. They were working together as a team, preparing for close and the next day but were more than happy to help me. The young man that prepared my food was especially kind. I totally appreciated that as I have had the worst day. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but my experience was so awesome that I felt compelled to do so. My visit was at 9:49pm on November 2, 2025. If the owner sees this review, please give the staff kudos. They are doing a fantastic job!

We love Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location sent us home with a mobile order that was labeled correctly, but contained completely wrong entrees. After getting home, realizing the mixup and driving all the way back to have it fixed, the manager was unhelpful and refused to make things right. I will not go back to this location in the future.

This place is a joke. They never answer the window at the drive thru. There's 5 cars right now. They sure are helping the people inside cause they keep coming out with their food.

I typically have a decent experience each visit. I order the same thing every time. Its hit or miss if they have the watermelon limeade which is my favorite drink here.

Great bowls

I wanted Chipotle yesterday, but the line was so long that I couldn’t park to go inside. I returned today, and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I don’t eat Chipotle often, but today’s service has inspired me to visit more frequently. I, unfortunately, didn’t ask the gentleman his name, but I did compliment him on how well he crafted my honey chicken burrito bowl. He deserves a raise & promotion for his amazing customer service. Thank you, again!! 10 stars!!

Ate here again today. I wanted to add that this is the best location in Indy!! Hands down.
