I give 2 star 🌟 to be nice. First of all if you compare to one I used to go with my kids in Syracuse NY you may say it's 2 different company . I was so disappointed about this one in Indianapolis i could never recommend . Im glad I did book for a birthday. The people who work there are so mean, that day was my first and last day . They serve people with negligence. Anyway I rather found somewhere else.
My grandkids had a ball at this place

This location is the best!
Kids enjoyed themselves for Jr bday 🎉🎁🤗🫶🏽😘😘
The server was very nice. She explained that our pizza for my nephews party would be late due to another party ordered 10 pizza. She did get it to use as quickly as she could.
Friendly atmosphere great staff just didn't enjoy the Halloween theme because my family doesn't celebrate Halloween but other than that they did an awesome job making my granddaughter's 2nd birthday very special!!

Scheduled a birthday party for a four year old. Service was poor, and no concern from the staff about poor performance. Food was 40 minutes late and was told that it was part of being busy. Seems as if a management change is in order to improve the o real performance of the what could be a great experience.
It's clean in here but that's about all this place has going for it. It's kind of a ghost town. It's expensive! It costs extra to play on the playground area ($15). The food is also expensive (I paid $12.50 for a tiny personal pizza. The games aren't great, and some are broken. It's just not very great for how much money I spent. Smiley is much more worth the price and trip.
If I could give them a no stars I would but one is fine I went up there at 5 for my nieces birthday and I ordered wigs at 7:05 and I waited and my wigs was done but the buzzer wasn’t workin so my food sat there for 10 minutes they was cold so I asked them if they could warm them up again they said no problem the kitchen staff was very understanding and then it took them over a hour to just not only warm them up but make a whole new batch which I wasn’t mad at but then they pizza took over a hour to come out which we was frustrated but nothing we could do but wait and that’s what we did and then there was another party that had the same issue because the buzzers were not working and they just wanted a refund they got the manager out it was the one with the missin tooth and she was saying that she was gonna be back after talkin to the other lady and she said that she was refusin to come out because of the fact that we was too lound but nobody was loud it was just 3 or 4 party’s wanting there refund so they can go and I wanted my 33 dollar wigs refunded as well she did end up calling the cops and she came everybody else there’s but mine which is ok because she one not only gave a 18 year old her refund back but she did not want to talk to me or anybody of our color she talk to this lighter skinned lady be not the people that had the issue with the older so not only I had to walk out with no money but also I felt like there was a racism problem in that building because this is not the first time the manger that has a missing tooth on the reviews and one of the people that go there is a regular with a mixed of both races as the age that I’m at I’m sad that I had to go through this but this is not the last of it because I will be goin to corporate with this
Horrible service and we were the only people in the building . The manager with the missingtooth was so rude to me and my kids and it made us leave immediately
