The manager on the day shift 2/19 was very sweet and helpful! He made us feel welcomed and made our time fun and better than expected!
Nice place for the kiddos! 👍

11 am birthday party was perfect! Not too crowded & great service.
We usually visit another location but decided to come here because we were on this side of town. From the moment we walked in the door my family was treated as an inconvenience. The staff was unprofessional and overall the experience was awful. The icing on the cake was when we could see directly into the kitchen and one of the staff members was prepping and cooking food all the while she had a piece of pizza in her hand that she was eating. Very disgusting. Buyer beware. This location is terrible!!!

This place had a great looking salad bar that everything looked fresh. The manager did a wonderful job and it was very clean in there. They had a good selection of games and the trampoline. Best Chuck E. Cheese I have been to yet.

Had my sons birthday 10 AM on a Saturday morning. I definitely have to say that Chuck E Cheese has moved in a lazier direction that does not highlight hospitality (referring or purchasing bday packages, available birthday upgrades to purchase, no birthday host, serve your own pizza, cleaning up after the whole birthday due to no host) I will say that Alleah had made up for the direction of the company that they are going. I can't thank her enough as I was taken back and in a rush of making everything right for our birthday party of 13 plus adults. Alleah, instead of a "sorry about your luck", she had a GREATTTT hospitality to her and had a style of " how can I help meet your needs and offer you a good substitution to purchase. Alleah was so great that I decided to take my kids back to Chuck E Cheese a Saturday night (I know big mistake) upon arrival I was told they are "done taking orders for food" i had to have her elaborate more and finally got that they will start taking orders in 30 minutes due to being backed up in the kitchen (understandable but probably next time finish the sentence as I almost walked out the door because this would be my children's dinner and play). The menu offered 10% off play with purchase of value meal and asked if i could still get the discount they offered since they are having me order seperate (no big deal but would have missed out on deal if didn't ask as opposed to then offering first hospitality for then inconvenience) I first ordered a salad and noticed that there was not much salad left as I myself came for the salad bar. When the cashier asked someone to refill on the salad, she sarcastically chuckled and said there was salad. Noticed the salad didn't have a dressing that I loved the day I came for my sons bday and I think by this point I just wanted a refund (not upset, maybe a little taken back) but a Brandon was able to be extremely helpful and although not under his control, his hospitality was great and appoligized for the inconvenience and thanked me for the business... well done Brandon and Alleah!

Ehhh, while my son and I did have some fun I think that the chuckee cheese experience has been lost with technology advances. Theres no more tokens and no more tickets!!! Everything is electronic! Let me tell you that the lamest thing ever is to win 1000 tickets and for them to not pile up on the floor is such a bummer! I really don’t think they understand how much that little thing matters! I’m sure they save a fortune on not using tickets but in due time I truly think it will be their downfall however idk because now they really have the bare minimum requirements for employing people to maintenance the machines and ticket loading and unjamming… idk to me it’s lost what it once was…..

It’s chuck E Cheese so you go in w expectations and tons of kids and families are there but the food is always gobbled up by my boys and they have a really fun time. There are always machines/games that are out but I think that’s expected. They also have a new bounce house which is nice- no flips allowed.

The general manager needs to be replaced, and the workers also need improvement, as their professionalism is lacking.

Really nice place. Great food, a little pricy but honestly worth it. The staff needs a little boost in enthusiasm but I understand it’s not for everyone.
We caution against visiting this Chuck E. Cheese as the general manager, Latiefah Stewart Store, has displayed unacceptable professionalism in dealing with customers and their issues. Despite our request for a refund, she declined and failed to provide any compensation for the inconvenience. To guarantee our patrons the best experience, it is crucial that Latiefah Stewart Store receives proper retraining or is relieved of her duties as general manager.

Was there for a birthday party and was disappointed. It's been years since I have been for a party, but I'm not sure what she paid for because the "planners" were nowhere around the whole time. Took pizzas forever to come out, and then they were wrong. No pitchers of drinks were brought to the tables. Then, I ordered food personally and waited for an extremely long time for burnt wings that were prepared incorrectly. Another person who was with us ordered a pizza and also waited an extremely long time for just a cheese pizza, and was given the run around about whether or not she had even ordered it. Games were not working properly, and there was only one person on the floor available for assistance. It was overall a horrible, expensive experience that I will be sure not to repeat! Nor recommend anyone else do so either.
