Church's Texas Chicken

Great young man taking order and the young staff name( jay) and staff members was great. I travel and pop up in different locations to see how restaurant treat customers and this one pass for me.

NO CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND NO MAC N CHEESE EVER! ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING AND 2ND SHIFT EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORSE. NASTY STORE AND UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE. ZERO STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!

This is the worst Church's Texas Chicken in Indianapolis Indiana, don't order from this restaurant, it's ghetto, they never get your order right, the employees make the order but then they hide it to the side for themselves they steal your food, and the doordash drivers also steal your food and will lie and say your order was completed, but they never delivered it this restaurant has too many bad reviews and complaints, Shut Them Down!!!

Bad service , employees outside smoking marijuana , dirty place plus didn’t have nothing o asked for

I can't tell you how happy I was to see a Church's Chicken! I love this restaurant. The food was good, but my order wasn't! When I arrived home and unpacked my dinner, the Honey Biscuits were missing from my 10-piece meal!!! That is an abomination! Those biscuits are a necessary part of the meal!🤯 I was so disappointed! 😞

This is theeee most ghettoest unflavored overcooked chicken i have ever tasted ...i haven't had churches in years and my client wanted some for a late dinner so i decided to grab myself some and boy that was a bad mistake ....the boy that took my order had no proper manners intercom etiquette was at 0% ...they had no spicy chicken no ice and the fries was cold never again

Don't waste your time with this place. Service was horrible. Never eat here but stopped by because I was in need of something quick for my son. They were not quick. Ladies were talking to each other instead of getting my food, that took forever to receive. Son ordered a Sprite that was water.
