ZERO STARS. This place is a joke. Front doors locked at 6pm an employee in the lobby doing nothing. No one answering in the drive through speaker, had to come to the window and knock like crazy so the girl and the guy on their phones would unlock the drive through window to talk to me. What a joke.

Can someone please tell me how this place is still open? I was the only one in line(red flag) the whole place reaks of old smelly grease (red flag) the intercom is broken (red flag) all the food tasted old and stale as if it were sitting for hours marinating in old stale grease. Shut this place down!!!!!!!! So disrespectful ? Can't believe I fed my son this mess..

Placed a pickup order and when I got there they told me they were out of chicken and had threw the rest of the food out. I had already paid and got a pick up time and everything, and they told me to call customer service for a refund then. Drove 20 minutes out of my way for nothing.

I arrived at 8:50pm on Tuesday August 27th 2024 I ordered 3 specials and 6 biscuits. I was told to pull up and my food would be right out. I guess they are trying to pluck the chickens because it's now 9:37pm and I am still parked in front of the door waiting on my food. 13 more minutes will make 1hr I have been waiting. This entire shift needs to be overhauled, trained and come up with a better system because the current one doesn't work. I would not recommend coming to this location at all!
