Service is absolutely terrible. I have never been here before figured I would try it. I ordered a new item on the menu the lady was less than helpful. I didn't get to choose a sauce or a side but I think it must be good so went with it.. The lady gave me my food to go even though I ordered for here and she said the tables are full. When I got to the car the food wasn't even what I ordered. The plus to this story, the food I got was really good even though I didn't order it.

After an 18hr shift I thought it would be nice to grab some chicken for the family. Got home and we were about to chow down and started pulling out tons of blonde and red hair. Called them several times but no one wants to answer the phone....

If you order more than 2 pieces then you better count them because apparently the employees can't count to 20. Ordered 20 pieces of dark which was met by a sarcastic "great" from the person filling the orders. Get home to find that I only got 17 pieces. Guess I'll add this to my list of never to return to again establishments and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Effort of the staff was above what is normally expected of Church's. Food was hot. Waiting time wasn't very long. That being said, Church's is what it is.
