The customer service sucks! The Hispanic guys in there are very rude and if you have a problem with your order they don’t care because clearly they believe they can’t make mistakes! I went in today and ordered a 10pc family meal spicy. My chicken was not spicy I called and he in fact called my phone back to inform me that the worker said he was 100% sure he gave me spicy food and if I bring it and it’s not spicy he will no be replacing it because he’s 100% sure it’s spicy. But again it was NOT spicy. They are rude and I will definitely not be back

Tables and stuff were dirty and the staff acted like it was a burden for us to be there. The food could have been better and had to ask for plates and silverware after being asked and told it was for here several times. Get it together churches. I love y'all

Walked in to order my food. The front cashier nearly threw my change in my hand. Once I received my order, I check it before even leaving the register. This location tried to pass off 4 pieces of chicken that was obviously fried in old grease/oil. I asked politely and consistently (THREE TIMES) for fresh chicken that was noticeable in the next tray that was visible. After listening to their argumentative responses as to why I won’t settle for less than I desire, they finally granted me my request, and to my surprise, it came along with an unsolicited (from me) family sized of NASTY ATTITUDE. Terrible, terrible, terrible service all. No stars given. 10 thumbs down.
