Chicken was dry and old. Order 1 pepper but was charged for three and only received one. Seems like no matter which Church's you go to on a Tuesday for the special your going to have some problems with your order.

11/26/25 Just got home an my order is wrong , they left out the coleslaw.... Probably no big deal, the problem is driving the distance to go pick it up and asking the family to wait to eat till I get back is very inconvenient. I had stopped going to this location because of the quality of food and the poor service.... I took a chance and you failed again.... O Stars....... this location needs a quality check..

Large order it was like mashed potatoes try reaching out 20 times no respond i guess I have to drive 4.6 miles tomorrow to take this crappie back

Terrible customer service. Being cut off mid order telling me to pull up then being confused and mad when I explain my order is crazy. Trying to argue w me instead of taking my order made me pull off so fast!

This location should not be able to call themselves Church’s. Especially not Texas Church’s Chicken. The food was not only stale, but tasteless. I dumped 3 packs of salt and emptied 6 packets of hot sauce on the chicken and fries and it only made it consumable. The wait in the drive through was 20 minutes or more and the young gentleman managed to mess up the order. Visiting Indianapolis from the south and was highly disappointed. Close down if you aren’t going to be at least mediocre.

Oh yeah, the honey bitter biscuit tasted like a floured rice cake. Sub par.

Just awful! I’m so disappointed as this has been for years one of my fav church’s. From missing sides to slimy chicken and the slaw was sickening. I spent $80 and all I could eat was some of a piece of chicken after sliding the wet skin off. It’s no wonder why you don’t answer your phone. Don’t worry, I won’t be back to this location, I promise. NAMF
