Just awful! I’m so disappointed as this has been for years one of my fav church’s. From missing sides to slimy chicken and the slaw was sickening. I spent $80 and all I could eat was some of a piece of chicken after sliding the wet skin off. It’s no wonder why you don’t answer your phone. Don’t worry, I won’t be back to this location, I promise. NAMF

I downloaded the app and was able to get 2 pieces of chicken for free! Free chicken ALWAYS brightens the day!! 😊😊

Four people working order ahead to get there to find filth. Food all over prep areas as a busy place might look yet I was only customer. Order then started slowly as employees stop a few times to discuss personal issues. Very awful atmosphere, almost tension in the air as it felt awkward. Hopefully it gets better

This place is hit or miss. When they’re on, it’s some of the best chicken ever. When they aren’t, you regret ever going there.

The amount of time the 2 employees that were there spent talking was insane. The first part of my order was made quickly, the other part i ordered a chicken wrap and 5-10 minutes later they hand me a chicken sandwich, i just said thank you and walked out because I was not waiting for them to talk for 10 more minutes to remake the food the wrong way.

I paid $70 to get 16 tenders and 16 cheese bombs delivered. I only received 10 tenders. It's upsetting that I did not get what I paid for now, I don't know what to do.No one's answering the phone when I call or trying to make it right. Whoever collected my order miss read or did not care to make sure my order was correct.

To be fair we came with 1 hour left until close but there was no spicy chicken. Likely not the locations fault. Supplies are automated at times.

I placed a pick up order through Uber Eats. When I got there they insisted they didn’t have my order and that I should just cancel it through Uber. No “let me look into this” or “I’m sorry this happened to you”, nothing. One of the girls even said “I’m just a cashier”. 20 minutes later another employee comes in and miraculously finds my order. The lack of customer service and “not my problem” attitude in this store is pathetic. Even if it was a training issue I still find is sad that no one really cared to find a solution. And after all that they still forgot one of my sides. By then I was too tired to turn around and get it. I won’t ever re-visit this store.
