I bit into my wing that was half done so I put it in the oven seasoning on the chicken wasn't hitting like you usually do over all I give it a 4 out of 5 they drive through speaker box didn't work I place my order at the window but they work faster and harder then 25th and keystone. I waited over 30 minutes for my chicken with them

Was not really busy when I walked in. I was second in line.Took about ten minutes to put my order in. Seemed like much confusion three orders before me had mistakes. Chicken seemed fresh but no taste, no flavor.

I visited The Church's Chicken located at 8975 East Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely unpleasant. I found myself waiting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes behind another vehicle. When I finally reached the speaker, I was instructed to review the menu and then pull forward to place my order. However, I already knew what I wanted before arriving at the restaurant. Despite this, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to take my order. To my surprise, a female employee pulled up, got out of her vehicle, and went inside the restaurant. It seemed like she was attending to the drive-through window. She then proceeded to ask me for my order, which I found to be highly unprofessional. It is imperative that someone addresses the issues at this restaurant. I have visited multiple times in the past, and each time my experience has been unpleasant or my order has been incorrect. The only reason I continue to return is because of the proximity to my home, as there are no other Church's Chicken locations in the area. My loyalty is solely based on the food and not the customer service.

Very ghetto & very unprofessional! Shouldn’t hire anyone who’s going to work the window with a nasty attitude. Customer service is everything & this store doesn’t have it, neither does the disrespectful kids that work there.The manager is unprofessional as well we asked to speak with a manager and he’s just sitting on his phone not even trying to acknowledge us.The food was horrible & cold!!!
