What a shame they're closing down their last location in Indianapolis, because their pizza was THE best!!! Freshly, buttery pizza from the dough to the toppings! Guess part of life though is that a restaurant like that can't stay open forever and looks like their time is due. Sad face.

The service was excellent, and the pizza was quite good with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also really enjoyed the salad bar. They offered pasta and soup as well, though I didn’t try them. While the place is a bit worn, it was still clean.
Kid-friendliness: They have a room in the back with arcade type of games.

I grew up eating at Cici's Pizza as a kid, but when I came today with my family, the restaurant had a foul odor, and they hardly had any pizza. The brownies weren't mixed well and were dryer than a Popeyes biscuit. I tried making a custom pizza with a ticket, but they didn't have pens, so I had to ask someone at the front. Once I made my ticket, I gave it to a worker, but they didn't give me a number like they used to. Turns out my custom pizza was on the buffet and it only had 4 slices left. I'm disappointed in Cici's pizza and how bad they have been.

I honestly don’t come here enough to really care, but I took my kids on Friday 10/11/24 @ around 1pm. & it’s definitely different than it used to be. There was barely anything on the bar. But there also didn’t seem to be enough employees to keep the food coming in rotation. Sadly there was no apple pie pizza put up the entire time I was there, & that was the 1 thing I was really hoping to have. The pizza itself was just ok. Nothing special. It seemed different from what I remember. But not the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Brownies were so very dry though!! However, my salad was really good! & the cashier was polite & had good customer service skills. To sum it all up, it was a bit disappointing but for the price I won’t complain too much. Although the price was more than I remember it being when I used to come more frequently back when my kids were younger, but I think still affordable. If you don’t have much money & are really hungry, yeah I’d recommend here. Just don’t go with your expectations high. It is what it is. It’s ok. Simply just ok! I honestly don’t really see them being around too much longer though, but we’ll see…?
